Jaipur, April 4 (Ians) Rajasthan doctors here will show their strength against the Right to Health (Rth) Bill by taking out a Maha rally on Tuesday.
This will be the second show of strength by the doctors in the last 10 days as earlier on March 27, a big rally was also taken out in Jaipur.
On late Monday night, a team of doctors along with the Chief Secretary had elaborate discussions. It was mentioned that the hospital operators have not taken any kind of concession from the government and they should be kept out of the purview of this bill.

As per the provisions of the Right to Health Bill, every resident of the state gets the right to avail free Out Patient Department services and In Patient Department services in all public healthcare facilities apart from getting similar healthcare services free of cost at select private facilities.

NBCUniversal Formats said on Wednesday that the first international version of Universal Television’s NBC medical drama New Amsterdam will be produced for Turkey.
The Turkish adaptation Hayat Bugün, meaning “Life Is Today,” will be produced by 03 Medya in association with Universal International Studios. Original show creator David Schulner is consulting on the series. It is scheduled to air in Turkey on Show TV in 2023.
The series will follow Dr. Bariş, the newly appointed chief of medicine at one of Turkey’s most famous and oldest public hospitals, as he works to reform the neglected facility by tearing up its bureaucracy to provide exceptional care to patients using creative solutions.

Dr. Vijay Kapoor has put down his stethoscope. On Wednesday, April 14, E! News learned that Anupam Kher has departed New Amsterdam for good. As fans of the NBC medical drama well know, the most recent episode disclosed that Dr. Kapoor had resigned from New Amsterdam Medical Center. Veteran actor Anupam Kher recently visited the New York University and interacted with the students there.
Kher spoke to the third year class in the Meisner Studio in the Department of Undergraduate Drama of the Tisch School of the Arts. He opened up about how films and acting happened to him and gave some valuable lessons to the students.

"It was fantastic to speak to such brilliant students at New York University. They're all so bright and talented; it was a pleasure to share with them my experience at movies and the love for my craft. I hope it helps them in the long run," Kher said.
Kher is currently seen playing Dr. Vijay Kapoor in medical drama "New Amsterdam" on NBC.

Given that virtually all dramas, especially on network television, revolve around cops or doctors, it isn’t surprising that they are as beholden to the “gimmick plot” as sit-coms. They generally nail things down as simply a quirk of the main character, but even that simplicity is falling away as ideas run dry. Worst of all, many of them only care so much about gimmicks or plot setups, because they’re lazy spins through melodrama. New Amsterdam is a show that looks to run so hard at a gimmick that it bursts beyond some form of event horizon and comes full circle to not having a gimmick at all.
