Biography

Leila grew up in Charleston, South Carolina and graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Theatre.

Leila discovered her love for performing at a young age when she realized she'd prefer to wear a costume over not wearing a costume. Leila is an actor on the Second City National Touring Company and performs sketch and improv all over the country. Since moving to Chicago, Leila has trained at the iO Theater, The Second City Conservatory, Annoyance Theater, Vegabond Film School, Acting Studio Chicago, and Black Box Acting. When Leila isn't emoting, you can catch her riding her bike all around the city of Chicago or shopping at Trader Joes for succulent plants and plantain chips. Leila is represented by Paonessa Talent.
