Sara Wiseman is a multiple award winning actress for her critically acclaimed work in theatre, film and television. Her extensive career in screen and theatre has given her the opportunity to work in both New Zealand and Australian territories, most notably in the Disney blockbuster 'Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes', mystery thriller 'High Country', comedies 'Rake' and 'Under The Vines' and drama 'Between Two Worlds'. She played Carolyn Bligh/Duncan in the worldwide favourite 'A Place To Call Home'. Her other major credits include mystery thrillers 'One Lane Bridge', 'The Gulf' and 'The Sounds'. Sara also co-founded one year intensive drama school 'The Actors Program' in New Zealand in 2012.

She originally began her on screen career as a stunt woman, working alongside Zoe Bell before completing her degree and moving into acting full time.
Sara has been nominated for Best Actress and Best Supporting actress many times in her native country New Zealand, winning her most recent award for Best Actress in 2012.
Sara is the co-founder and on the Artistic Board for The Actors' Program in New Zealand.
She holds a Bachelor of Screen and Performing Arts from the Unitec School of Performing Arts in Auckland.
