Veerendra was born on 29 January 1948 in Punjab, India. He was an actor and director, known for Batwara (1983), Yaari Jatt Di (1987) and Dushmani Dee Agg (1990). He was married to Pammi Varinder. He died on 6 December 1988 in Talwandi Kalan, Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
