Also served as a member of the ASC Board of Governors; Chairman of the ASC Education and Public Outreach Committee; Chairman of the ASC Fundraising Committee; and board member of the ASC Membership Committee and Awards Committee.
- President, International Cinematographers Guild, I.A.T.S.E. Local 600, for over twenty years.
- Member of the Society of Operating Cameramen (SOC).
- Dibie is the first to serve as the National President of the International Cinematographers Guild, Local 600 IATSE (20 years). He is a member of the DGA, and serves on the Board of Governors of the American Society of Cinematographers, and Chairs the Education and Public Outreach and Fundraising Committees. He is a member of the TV Academy (Cinematography Branch). Dibie conducts cinematography and lighting workshops for emerging cinematographers on a local and international level.
