- Tom's extreme training sessions were known for their intensity. While doing squats with the barbell, Tom took a weight of 260 kg and squatted until the muscles of his legs completely failured. At his own weight of 104 kg, Tom squatted with 286 kg 15 times, with 158 kg 52 times and held 225 kg for 10 minutes on straight legs.
