Harry Pavlidis has duel citizenship, Australian and Greek, after serving in the Hellenic Army in 2007 at the age of 40.
In 2002, Harry competed in the World Masters Games and won Gold in the Javelin and Bronze in the Pentathlon (long jump, javelin, 200m, discus, 1500m).
Throughout the 1980s, Harry was ranked in the top 3 as a Decathlete in his State of N.S.W. Australia.
In 1981 at the age of 14, Harry held the N.S.W State High Jump record for close to a decade with a height of 1.90cm.
In 1987 Harry attended Itawamba Community College in Fulton, Mississippi on an American Football Scholarship after scouts from Hawaii University spotted him playing in Sydney during a coaching seminar.
