- She played Lois Lane opposite Christopher Reeve in his screen testing for the lead role in Superman (1978) on February 1, 1977, in London. His tests included both the balcony interview from Superman (1978) and the Niagara Falls hotel room scene from Superman II (1980), where Reeve played Clark Kent. She was Lois in both tests. The tests were photographed by Geoffrey Unsworth, who was the director of photography when the regular filming commenced.
