How many people still remember Julia Montgomery? This kind of commercial, and the revelation behind it, kind of makes me want to go out and find out just how many other older actors are taking parts in commercials at this time since trying to recognize her from her Revenge of the Nerds days is kind of hard to do at this point. She’s still an attractive woman to be certain, but Julia has definitely changed as the years have worn on. To be fair some people age and don’t really change their looks for better or worse, they stay the

For all the roles she’s taken and all the time she’s been acting Julia Montgomery has certainly had a long a very fruitful career, but there’s one role that a lot of people likely remember for from this picture, Revenge of the Nerds. Betty Childs wasn’t much better than the average jock since she had a serious disdain for nerds and didn’t even want to kiss one at the kissing booth that was held by the Alpha’s and the Pi’s. Of course when Lewis, the nerd that was so infatuated with her, decided to steal her boyfriend Stan’s costume and

“Excuse please, but why do they call you ‘booger’?”
Thanks to films like Revenge Of The Nerds, it is becoming clear that we, the nerds of this world, are here to stay and to conquer. Ok, so I don’t wear my pants up to my chest. Or use my hair full of gel. Or have that characteristic “snort” in my laugh. Still, I am a nerd. Actually, I’m a Geek, which is a sub-set of nerds, and I know I’ll always be one. It’s just that it was so uncool to be one back in the 1980’s. People used to bother us, kick us, insult us, hit us. They took our stuff away, hid it, or simply threw it in the trash. And then, Revenge Of The Nerds came along and showed us that, indeed, we are nerds, but that we must not accept a punishment for it.

Booger’s belch in Revenge of the Nerds is actually the sound of a camel climaxing. There. Now you, too, are cursed — or blessed, if you’re into that sort of thing — with the same knowledge as the audience from Saturday’s Sf Sketchfest Revenge of the Nerds reunion. Curtis Armstrong, who played Booger (and who can currently be seen as Principal Foster on New Girl), revealed that little piece of foley magic at San Francisco’s Castro Theater, and nobody was more thrilled to hear it than the evening’s moderator, Chris Hardwick. The Nerdist and @Midnight host unleashed his inner 12-year-old on the crowd, displaying an unfiltered giddiness onstage as he interacted with seven stars from the film that played a formative role in his youth. In addition to Armstrong, Timothy Busfield (Arnold Poindexter), Robert Carradine (Lewis Skolnick), Andrew Cassese (Harold Wormser), Julia Montgomery (Betty Childs), Larry B. Scott...
