Joseph Millard was born on 1 January 1908 in Canby, Minnesota, USA. He was a writer, known for They Came from Beyond Space (1967). He was married to Amy Leone Lee. He died on 18 February 1989.

Story of the "Gentleman from Hell"' (1954) and 'Edgar Cayce: Mystery
Man of Miracles' (1956).
