Jon Hamm video called into Amy Poehler’s new podcast “Good Hang” for Tuesday’s episode with Paul Rudd — and may have revealed the setting of a scene from a future episode of “The Morning Show.”

Dressed in his own white tuxedo, Hamm called from set after filming a scene on a hot air balloon. While the unnamed production’s crew was “turning around” to film the scene from another angle, he video chatted Poehler to talk about her guest Rudd. (Poehler begins every podcast episode by talking positively behind her guest’s back with the people who know them best.)

And while Hamm, who currently stars on Apple TV+’s “Your Friends & Neighbors,” didn’t explicitly say he was on the set of the much-anticipated fourth (or fifth?) season of “The Morning Show,” he certainly looked every bit the dapper part of his tech billionaire character (and Season 3’s Big Bad) Paul Marks.

Created by Jay Carson, Jennifer Aniston, and Reese Witherspoon, The Morning Show is one of the most popular shows to premiere on Apple TV+. The show is inspired by Brian Stelter’s book Top of the Morning, which was published in 2013. The Morning Show has very keenly examined the aspects of the #MeToo movement in the first season, followed by taking up current and political topics to cover.

Ardent fans of the show have loved the chemistry between the two leading ladies and mentioned that it’s an absolute treat to watch them take on their strong characters to their full glory. As The Morning Show nears its highly anticipated season 4 premiere, many are hoping that it brings back some of the most shocking moments that made the first season such a tour de force. The Apple TV+ media drama starring Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon has added another star to its cast with Boyd Holbrook, who will be joining for season four. Holbrook will play Brodie, a popular and provocative podcaster and talk show host.

The Narcos and Justified: City Primeval star recently starred on the big screen in Jeff Nichols’ The Bikeriders and will next be seen in James Mangold’s upcoming Bob Dylan biopic, A Complete Unknown (reteaming with Mangold again after Indiana Jones and The Dial of Destiny). Aaron Pierre has found his next acting gig following his departure from Marvel Studios' Blade reboot. The actor has joined the Apple TV+ series, The Morning Show, in a major recurring role.

According to Deadline, Pierre who recently portrayed Malcolm X in the National Geographic miniseries Genius: MLK/X has been cast to play Miles, "an acclaimed visual artist who moves through the circles of the New York elite," in Season 4 of The Morning Show, which is currently in production. The casting marks the latest major acting role for Pierre, who was also seen late last year in the sci-fi thriller Foe, opposite Paul Mescal and Saoirse Ronan. Laura Peterson is out of Bradley Jackson’s life for good on The Morning Show.

Julianna Margulies, who played a seasoned journalist who fell hard for Reese Witherspoon’s Bradley, is not returning for season 4 of the Apple TV drama, Deadline has confirmed.

Margulies first joined the drama in season 2 as a former war correspondent who went on to host Uba 365. She and Bradley began a love affair that ended up hitting the skids when Bradley hid her brother’s involvement in the Jan. 6 Capitol attacks.

On June 6, it was revealed that Academy Award-winner Marion Cotillard is joining the show for a major arc across Season 4. She will portray Celine Dumont, a savvy operator from a storied European family.

Margulies joined The Morning Show in Season 2 as Laura Peterson, a TV news anchor who became romantically involved with Reese Witherspoon’s Bradley Jackson. Despite the two ending their relationship in Season 3, Laura remained in Bradley’s orbit for the duration of her time on the show. That will no longer be the case moving forward.
