Helen Mack started her career in movies at the age of ten, and by the time she was 13 was performing in vaudeville. Her acting career didn't blossom until the 1930s, when she made a name for herself as one of the movie's best criers. She had many leading roles opposite such actors as Lee Tracy, George Raft and Harold Lloyd. She may be best remembered for Son of Kong (1933) and His Girl Friday (1940). In later years she was a successful radio producer, writer and director.
