Yuki was born in Tokyo and grew up in Germany. He moved on to Boston
where he started taking acting classes "to see a script from the acting
point of view." Aside from being an actor he performs as a voice over
artist and a simultaneous interpreter. His father played for a German
orchestra and his mother taught at a Japanese school.
His first film was a German TV movie filmed in Frankfurt,
Der Millionär und die Stripperin (2001).
He has also worked with directors such as
Peter Bogdanovich,
The Cat's Meow (2001) starring
Kirsten Dunst.
