Has performed as a guest on harmonica with the group Blues Traveler (Wiltern Theater, Los Angeles, CA November 22,1995)
Began doing stand-up comedy at age nine at Camp Kewanee in La Plume, Pennsylvania.
He was only the second American, after Phil Silvers, to appear in a British Carry on film.
He has appeared in two films that have been selected for the National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically or aesthetically" significant:
