Debbie D appears frequently at Science Fiction and Fantasy conventions as "Destiny The Vampire Mermaid". This comic book character is featured monthly in "Scary Monsters Magazine".

Found her costumes for Nickolaus Albert Pacione Delivers: More For A Library Of Unknown Horrors on December 11, 2011, and was sitting on the costume for months, she almost consulted Lindsay Smiling for the hands on approach as he's a method actor. One of them came from Racine (it had no hood and zipped from the back.) The second sessions she got one with an open faced hood and was consulted by Egyptologist Kara Cooney of ULCA.

Reyna Young recognized Debbie's first sessions with the costume that became iconic among those who are vocal about anti-science critics as it easy been critical of Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed (2008) the film written by Ben Stein as this had been floating around free on YouTube.com by young earth creationists like Georgia Purdom as Pacione noted for engaging Eric Hovind prior to writing his thesis. He with Kara Cooney was looking for the costume for his older cousin's longtime contact. Debbie, Young and Pacione run in similar circles over the years as Tracy Crockett connected Pacione up with Debbie in 2004 just as he was getting published. He was on his first year with FictionPress.com and introduced Lake Fossil. A week after Pacione's 38th birthday, he engaged both Eric Hovind and his father then the entire young earth creationism set.
