Los Angeles County Sheriff Sgt. Philip Brooks said that, despite previous reports, the paparazzi was not responsible for the deadly car crash involving Bruce Jenner. Jenner, who was driving a Cadillac Escalade, rear-ended a white Lexus on Saturday, propelling the vehicle into oncoming traffic. A Hummer then hit the Lexus, killing the driver inside. Jenner was unharmed, but the accident put five other people in the hospital. "It was a nightmare," Brooks said to the Los Angeles Times. Officials said that while photographers were following Jenner at the time of the wreck, it does not seem that the former Olympian was trying to outrun them. They are now looking into Jenner's phone records to see if Jenner was texting while driving.
