- Yogi Marlon
- Marlon's first on-camera experience was as a parts model in New York City and San Francisco, then and as a precision driver. Shortly after relocating to Los Angeles, her portrayals of Elizabeth Taylor emerged, with roles in Bill Condon's Gods and Monsters (Best Screenplay) and in international publications such as Depeche Mode.
In between films for major Hollywood directors, Marlon wrote, produced and hosted 50 episodes of an instructional yoga TV show, Yoga Time with Marlon Braccia, and created the support site, AskYogiMarlon.com. The instructional series was later distributed in DVD via major retail outlets and continues to stream on line. In 2000, Marlon was initiated in ceremony as a Kriya yogi, at the feet of her renowned teacher, Yogarupa Rod Stryker. Marlon, aka Yogi Marlon, is proficient in at least 10 branches of yoga.
Voice over came to Marlon's attention when two veteran VO actors, Paul Savior and Noel Blanc became close friends. Although she sidestepped VO to pursue yoga in the media for 20 years, eventually in 2013 she returned to voice work. As an early member of the now well known Gardner St. VO Workout Group, who some refer to as the "Groundlings of VO," she cultivated her natural vocal ability for creating animation characters, dialects, commercials and audio-books. As founder of the Los Angeles Loopers (trained legendary sound man, Val Kuklowsky) her VO team's voices have been heard as ADR in numerable Hollywood productions. Audiobooks with a philosophical or spiritual basis are among Marlon's most beloved projects, though much time is spent voicing commercials. Video game and animation characters exercise her spontaneously creative character-making skills. She says, "It's a joy to become a pirate, mouse, dragon, tomato or taking chair!" Having studied with Cedering Fox, Dave Walsh, David H. Lawrence XVII, Noel Blanc, and countless others, she's added voiceover to her thespian skill set.
In 2007, The Enlightened Cook: Protein Entrees was published to accompany Marlon's video series and website. With humor and a passion for satiating yet healthy dishes, Marlon is again the how-to instructional host in over 25 videos, which can be seen on YouTube and Amazon Prime.
In 2017, Marlon portrayed the leading role as Queen Caterina, in the short film she also wrote and produced, St. Mary of the Angels. In 2018, she appeared in the final scene of the film, Charlie Says, as the mother of Leslie Van Houten (Hanna Murray).- IMDb Mini Biography By: Rachel DeLisio

- Costume collector, Gene London, was instrumental in getting Elizabeth Taylor look-alike Marlon Braccia cast on Geraldo's Fashion of Yesteryear episode. Gene discovered Marlon was the identical size Elizabeth Taylor's was, when she originally wore the Halston dress hosting the 1979 Academy Award. No tailoring was needed before Ms. Braccia's television appearance.
- Marlon Braccia twice met the celebrity she resembles most, Elizabeth Taylor, both at the launch of Taylor's signature fragrance, White Diamonds at Macy's in New York City and the Amagansett Farmer's Market in, Long Island's Hamptons, speaking on both occasions about their uncanny resemblance. Both were before Marlon's major on-camera portrayals of Taylor on E! Entertainment's "True Hollywood Stories and in the Academy Award-Winning film, "Gods and Monsters.".
- In the end, kindness is all that matters.
