Launched in 2014, Ellen DeGeneres’ ellentube has housed the talk show host’s interviews with various film, television, and music stars, as well as the popular YouTube videos that inspire her guest selection. Now the channel’s entering new terrain with its first original series “tWitch and Allison’s Dance Challenge,” a competitive series spotlighting young dancers hosted by resident DJ of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” Stephen Boss, aka tWitch, and his wife Allison Holker (“Dancing With the Stars”). A hip-hop dancer, Boss appeared on Season 4 of “So You Think You Can Dance.” Two of the eight episodes were released earlier this week with two young children auditioning with hip-hop and contemporary routines. The selected dancers are split into two teams—Team tWitch and Team Allison—and must compete for the chance to perform on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” Despite their young ages, the dancers featured thus far showed immense talent.
