Mila Kunis, Debra Messing and other entertainment industry figures are among those who have sent an open letter to Amazon and Barnes & Noble, asking that the controversial book and documentary Hebrews to Negroes: Wake up Black America be removed from their platforms.
The nonprofit organization Creative Community for Peace was behind the letter, claiming both Amazon and B&n allegedly “refused to remove the title and continue to profit from its bigotry.”
Kunis, Messing, Jeopardy! host Mayim Bialik and songwriter Diane Warren were among 200 signatories to the letter. It was addressed to “Jeff Bezos, James Daunt, and the leaders at Amazon and Barnes & Noble.”
The protest comes in the wake of NBA star Kyrie Irving promoting the film with a tweet, then refusing to give an adequate apology. He was then suspended by the Brooklyn Nets and was ordered by the Brooklyn Nets to meet with various groups to make things right.

"For some, the mountain isn't a goal, but a path." Netflix has revealed the official trailer for the animated film The Summit of the Gods, a French production based on a Japanese manga that's about two Japanese mountain climbers. It's one of my favorite films of the year - I love it so much and it has everything I adore: photography, mountains, Japan, Nepal. Photographer Fukamachi finds a camera that supposedly belongs to George Mallory, a mountaineer who went missing on Mt Everest, and goes on a mountain-climbing adventure with his friend Habu Joji, who also disappeared into the mountains a few years before. The voice cast includes Lazare Herson-Macarel, Eric Herson-Macarel, Damien Boisseau, Elisabeth Ventura, Kylian Rehlinger, François Dunoyer, Philippe Vincent, and Luc Bernard. With...

We have stormed the beaches of Normandy. We have laid siege to Berlin, took to the skies over the South Pacific, and have blazed across the French back-country. We have felled the Third Reich more times than we could possibly count and watched Tojo surrender to the face of atomic power. Video games have done World War II.
But, since the Nazis are just about the best video game villains ever, it's doubtful we've seen the end of this time period. So, in order to keep things fresh, here are five heretofore-unexplored locations for where to set your next World War II game.
Antarctica
In January 1939, Captain Alfred Ritscher led the Third German Antarctic Expedition, a mission to establish the Nazi's claim on the Antarctic continent as German land, going as far as to rename is New Swabia. Planes were flown over huge tracts of ice, dropping metal swastikas as they went.
