She began acting in high school, but thought it would be too daunting
to pursue as a career. While studying anthropology during her first year of
college, an agent saw her performing in a local stage production of
"Agnes of God" and encouraged her to try her luck in Los Angeles, California. She
made her screen acting debut as a guest star on
7th Heaven (1996) She was a regular in ABC's
Nothing Sacred (1997) as Rachel, a Catholic who has
a controversial abortion. She also guest-starred on
Boy Meets World (1993) and the WB's comedy series
Zoe, Duncan, Jack & Jane (1999). Among
her feature film credits are

Spanish Judges (2000).
