    • Mark Bristol is an award-winning writer-director who just co-wrote, produced, and directed his second feature film Accidental Texan starring Thomas Haden Church, Carrie-Anne Moss, Rudy Pankow, and Bruce Dern.

      Bristol honed his craft as a storyboard artist for directors including Christopher Nolan, David Fincher, Spike Jonze, Terrence Malick, and Christopher McQuarrie.

      Previously, Bristol worked with Christopher McQuarrie designing, storyboarding, and directing previs for all the action scenes in Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation, Fallout, and Dead Reckoning Part 1 and 2.

      On the small screen, Bristol wrote and directed a Foster Care campaign that won 3 silver ADDY awards. He also served as writer-director on Episode 3 of Night Terrors for Rooster Teeth Productions' award-winning series Day 5 and wrote the graphic novel companion to Universal's The Mummy starring Tom Cruise.

      Bristol has been invited numerous times to speak at film festivals and universities on storyboarding, writing, and directing for film and new media. He is a proud member of the Art Directors Guild and serves on the SXSW Film Festival Advisory Board.
