Wesley is supposed to play William Howard Taft in the school's Presidents' Day pageant, but an opening to play Abraham Lincoln comes up. The boy who was supposed to play Lincoln, Wesley's friend Danny, has been pulled out of school because he got AIDS from a blood transfusion. Not knowing anything about the virus, Wesley believes what his friends tell him about it and becomes afraid of Danny.

Wesley's summer camp experience is marred by a counselor who gains his trust, and then betrays it with the manner in which he attempts to touch him. He is afraid to come forward with the truth until the man decides to take another one of the boys under his wing.

Dan meets with the principal, but dreads it, because he is certain that the reading material D.J. brought to school is one of his raunchy magazines. He soon discovers that the reading material is far more twisted; begging the question of where D.J. got it, and leaving him speechless by the answer. Roseanne and Dan discover that Jackie has been keeping a dark secret, and each of them try to help her by dealing with it in their own, unique way.

A street gang named the Dragons begin causing trouble at Rachel's Place, breaking things and sexually harassing employees; Carl arrives just in time to chase them out. That night, after closing time, the gang breaks in and heavily vandalizes the teen hangout. Everyone's anger grows when a bruised and bloodied Eddie arrives, announcing he was ambushed by the Dragons' gang members. Carl wants to take matters into his own hands, but Urkel reminds him that if he were to do that, he'd only destroy much more than his career. Urkel eventually agrees to go undercover as a prospective gang member and trick them into confessing their recent activities.

After falling through the porch swing, Tim discovers a hidden bag of marijuana. Tim ad Jill suspect it belongs to one of the boys. And they are shocked when they discover the chronic belongs to Brad.
