Vinay, however falls head over heels in love with Kaali sister Seeta but Kaali reject him of having any relationship with his family since he is responsible for Kaali's condition.

Jai's brother Vishal manages to pacify his father and convinces him that it is in the best interest of both families that this marriage take place. Shortly thereafter, Vishal gets killed, and the only persons who could have killed him are Thakur's men. It is now up to Jai to avenge Vishal's death and sacrifice his love for Durga. Will he be able to carry out his duty?

Shortly thereafter, a number of young children die after being injected with medication from Sharda Chemicals. Yhe Police investigate and arrest Sharda, while Munna kills himself. Ratanmuni and his partners, D.S. Mittal, Mehra, Radhey, and Shyam, take over Sharda Chemicals and re-name it Friends Chemicals. Sometime later when Mamta returns from Manori, her dad introduces her to wealthy Mrs. Modi, who wants her to wed her only son, Azad. Azad and Mamta approve of each other, meet, and get intimate. On the day of their engagement, many surprises await Mamta as she finds out that the man she got intimate with is not the real Azad, while the real Azad and his mom will have nothing to do with a now-characterless Mamta.

While eating some food, they are taunted and physically assaulted by Kallu Dada, a physical altercation ensues, Raja wins and becomes the local uncrowned underworld don, and both make a living collecting Hafta (weekly bribes) from shopkeepers and local businesses. He starts drinking alcohol and frequents the bar run by local belle Rasili. Raja meets with Laxmi Rao and is attracted to her, he comes to her assistance when her dad, Mohan, passes away, by helping to cremate him; he comes to her aid again when Kallu and his goons attempt to sexually molest her; and when the municipality tear down her shanty hut, he decides to let her live with him. Due to her influence, he gives up his bad habits and decides to go straight. Things go well, so much so that both get ready to get married to each other in a simple temple ceremony organized by the community. On the wedding day, things spiral out of control when a Professor, an old beau of Laxmi, shows up, proposing marriage to her on one hand, while an alcohol-induced Raja is arrested and held for killing Kallu.
