It took a summer of acting in a children's theater group to convince Matthew Morrison that he wanted to become an actor. He auditioned and attended Orange County High School of the Arts, and followed that with NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, although he didn't enjoy his college foray. Despite a regulation that students couldn't audition in the first two years at NYU, he got himself an agent and dropped out from NYU. His musical debut was in the musical version of Footloose (1984), which was then followed by "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." His big break, however, was in "Hairspray" when he landed the part of "Link Larkin." It was after this role that he made a debut into the television and film world, with small roles in Sex and the City (1998), Hack (2002), Encino Man (1992), and others. His self-proclaimed favorite role he did in television was in Once Upon a Mattress (2005), a musical for TV that starred Carol Burnett. He was nominated for a Tony for his role in "The Light in the Piazza" and eventually left the show in late 2005. He dabbled some more in roles among the television, film, and theater world. After starring in the Lincoln Center production of "South Pacific" as "Lieutenant Cable" in 2008, he took on the role of "Will Schuester" in the upcoming Fox series Glee (2009), which premiers in fall 2009.- Actor

After Chord graduated from high school in 2007, he decided to pursue performing as a career from the encouragement and support of his parents, and from his talent of singing, acting, and playing instruments. Unfortunately, the first two to three years after high school were unsuccessful for Chord; only making small guest appearances on various television shows such as iCarly (2007) and Private (2009).
In early 2010, Chord received a call from his manager, urging him to audition for an open casting call for the FOX television series Glee (2009). After several callbacks and audition performances, Chord got the role of quarterback turned glee club member, Sam Evans, for the hit show. Since Chord's debut performance on the season premiere of the 2nd season of Glee (2009), he has received critical and commercial praise and success for his performance on the show, along with a large following of dedicated and loving fans.- Actor

Twenty two-year-old singer, songwriter, actor and dancer, Rilan is a study in contradiction. The independent artist, who first appeared on the scene with his 2015 EP Chemicals, is a charismatic looker who describes himself as a "freak" and a "weirdo." Because he dressed like an emo kid and wore makeup to his preppy high school in New Orleans, his classmates assumed he was a troublemaker, when he was actually a straight-A student who never broke the rules. He's a former musical theater kid who loves '70s glam rock and '80s synth-pop. He's chatty and warm in person but insists he has no social life and few friends. "I don't connect with people easily," he says. "I like to sit back and observe, and report on how I'm feeling through my music."
In Rilan's music, dark, sad emotions are dressed up in glossy dance-pop packages, like the house-influenced single "Blindfolds," featuring Naz Tokio, which is about being rejected by someone you love and not being able to let go. On the surface, bouncy electro-pop tune "Not Sorry" appears to be about a one-night stand. "But if you dig deeper the song is really about me and how I deal with the world," Rilan says. "That I've got nothing left to lose by pursuing my dream and I need to be unapologetic in how I present myself to people. It's kind of my own personal anthem: I'm not sorry about doing this because I believe in myself. So it's about not being afraid to be yourself."
Rilan's unique ability to envision and execute a song's presentation beyond just the audio to create an entire experience through music videos and live performances truly set him apart from other artists. With a lead role in not only the songwriting, but the concept, costumes, and choreography of everything he releases, he has already been compared to some of the greatest performers in musical history. Presenting his larger than life persona, in just the few years since he relocated to Los Angeles from New Orleans, Rilan has amassed over 8 million YouTube views, charted on the Billboard Dance charts with his single, "Blindfolds" and has performed at some of the most coveted clubs and festivals from LA to London, most recently being invited to perform on the runway during Style Fashion Week LA. His songs have been remixed by DJ's and electronic musicians and in turn have been played at clubs throughout the world. Rilan's history with dance and acting landed him the coveted role as a Warbler in multiple episodes of the 2015 final season of Fox's hit show Glee.
With a handful of new singles to release, Rilan will most certainly deliver on the media praise that he is a top artist to watch this year.- Actor
