Neve Campbell was born and raised in Guelph, Ontario, to Marnie (Neve), a Dutch-born psychologist and yoga instructor (from Amsterdam), and Gerry Campbell, a Scottish-born teacher (from Glasgow). Campbell first came to our TV screens in the hit drama series Party of Five (1994). Described as TV's most believable teenager, her first major film role came in the form of innocent victim Sidney Prescott in Scream (1996), the film that redefined the slasher genre.

She joined the cast of the acclaimed series House of Cards (2013) In 2016, playing Leann Harvey; shortly afterward, in 2018, she starred opposite Dwayne Johnson in the action movie Skyscraper (2018).

Many film offers came Neve's way but, as she was filming Party of Five (1994) for nine months of the year, the filming schedules often clashed. So in 2000, she announced that she was to leave the award-winning show to concentrate on a film career. Working in many genres, her film credits include the romantic comedy Three to Tango (1999), alongside Matthew Perry, and the erotic thriller Wild Things (1998), with Denise Richards and Matt Dillon, though she has turned to more of an art house approach with the critically acclaimed Panic (2000) and, more recently, Last Call (2002), both directed by Henry Bromell.

She is an animal lover and describes herself as having a dry, often offensive sense of humor.

Tia Mowry was born on 6 July 1978 in Gelnhausen, Hesse, Germany. She is an actress and producer, known for Sister, Sister (1994), The Hot Chick (2002) and The Game (2006). She was previously married to Cory Hardrict.

Melissa grew up in Sayville, New York. Her acting career started at the age of four, when she did a commercial for a bathtub toy called Splashy. Her mother, Paula Hart, has been her agent from the beginning. Melissa is the oldest of eight children, some from her mother's second marriage. Six sisters, Trisha Hart, Elizabeth Hart, Emily Hart, Alexandra Hart-Gilliams, Samantha Hart, and Mackenzie Lee Hart, who is the only sibling who never appeared on Melissa's TV series, Sabrina the Teenage Witch (1996). Melissa cites Shirley Temple and Audrey Hepburn as early acting inspirations and still collects memorabilia of the former. For the past few years, she has been juggling acting and attending New York University. She's now living in Connecticut.

Barbara Eve Harris was born in Tobago to Jamaican parents and moved to Canada at the age of 6 with her family. Raised and educated in Ottawa, the national capital, she graduated from the University of Ottawa with a B.A. (concentration in Theatre and Philosophy). The initial plan was for Law School, but despite offers of admission, including scholarships, she followed her heart to be a performer instead.

Although trained mainly as an actor, her professional career began with a dance role in New York City in "Follies de Paris", a Vegas style review. It was dancing that led to her film debut in "Night Magic", a fantasy musical shot in Montreal, Quebec. This first movie role also meant a return to acting, and led to a thriving film and television career of 25 years (to date). A recipient of several regional Canadian awards for acting, and a Gemini nomination for Best Actress In A Continuing Leading Dramatic Role (as Wanda Gibbs in "Side Effects"), she chose to expand her horizons and relocated to Los Angeles in 1998.

Barbara's many starring roles span the range from tough U.S. Army Ranger Drill Instructor Sgt. Rhodes (Dead Men Can't Dance (1997)) to grief-stricken widow and mother Janice Crosby, opposite Louis Gossett Jr. (In His Father's Shoes (1997)). Her credits include some 9 theatrical features, 20 television features, and more than 100 episodic television appearances, including the role of FBI Agent Felicia Lang in the final 3 seasons of the hit series Prison Break (2005). Aside from numerous locations within North America, she has also filmed in the Philippines (Dead Men Can't Dance (1997)), New Zealand (Nightmare Man (1999)), Hawaii (ER (1994)) and Bogotá, Colombia (Mental (2009)).

Born Ryan Thomas Gosling in London, Ontario, Canada, he is the son of Donna (Wilson), a secretary, and Thomas Ray Gosling, a traveling salesman. Ryan was the second of their two children, with an older sister, Mandi. His ancestry is French-Canadian, as well as English, Scottish, and Irish. The Gosling family moved to Cornwall, Ontario, where Ryan grew up and was home-schooled by his mother. He also attended Gladstone Public School and Cornwall Collegiate & Vocational School, where he excelled in Drama and Fine Arts. Ryan first performed as a singer at talent contests with Mandi. While appearing on "MMC" for two years, he lived with co-star Justin Timberlake's family.

Though he received no formal acting training, after "MMC," Gosling segued into an acting career, appearing on the TV series Young Hercules (1998) and Breaker High (1997), as well as the films The Slaughter Rule (2002), Murder by Numbers (2002), and Remember the Titans (2000). He first attracted serious critical attention with his performance as the Jewish neo-Nazi in the controversial film The Believer (2001), which won the Grand Jury Prize at the 2001 Sundance Film Festival. He was cast in the part by writer-director Henry Bean, who believed that Gosling's strict upbringing gave him the insight to understand the character Danny, whose obsessiveness with the Judaism he was born into turns to hatred. Brian Dooley was born in Sherbrooke Quebec. He graduated from Bishop's University with a B.A Honours in 1977, and trained in theatre at the National Theatre School of Canada. For over thirty years he has worked in diverse roles across the country and abroad. For L'UniThéâtre in April 2016, he acted in both French and English as an elderly plumber who pursues the recently widowed love of his life in The Passion of Narcisse Mondoux by Gratien Gélinas. Later in the same month, he convincingly played an irredeemably drunken father in Theatre Network's production of Gordon by Morris Panych. Dooley succeeded Daniel Cournoyer as Artistic Director of L'UniThéâtre in 2012. He is also the director of play development at the Citadel Theatre as well as an employee in film as a producer and director with Great North Productions and Alliance Atlantis. Dooley also teaches at the National Theatre School of Canada.

Laura Bertram was born on 5 September 1978 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She is an actress, known for Andromeda (2000), Ready or Not (1993) and 50/50 (2011).

Mia Kirshner was born in Toronto, Ontario, to Etti, a teacher, and Sheldon Kirshner, a journalist. Her father is of Polish Jewish descent and her mother is a Bulgarian Jewish immigrant. Mia had a middle class upbringing and graduated from McGill University with a degree in English Literature. She had a love for acting from her school days at the Jarvis Institute, and her parents helped find her a talent agent at the age of 12, then began acting in several Canadian television series.

By the age of 14, Mia was acting professionally and made her film debut in 1993 in Denys Arcand's Love and Human Remains (1993). Kirshner won a Genie nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a supporting role for her part in the film. Mia's performance also brought her to the attention of Atom Egoyan, who cast her as the female lead in the 1994 film Exotica (1994). Mia's depiction of a sexy stripper in the film, won her critical acclaim, and by 1996 she established herself with an equally inspiring performance in The Crow: City of Angels (1996).

Having established herself in Hollywood as a leading and versatile performer, Mia also appeared in the first three episodes of 24 (2001) as the assassin Mandy in 2001. She would later reprise the role for the second season's finale and in the latter half of the show's fourth season. Also in 2001, Kirshner played Catherine Wyler, The Cruelest Girl in School, in Not Another Teen Movie (2001). The character is primarily a spoof of Kathryn Merteuil (played by Sarah Michelle Gellar) in Cruel Intentions (1999), and was partially based on Mackenzie Siler (played by Anna Paquin) from She's All That (1999). In the music video for Marilyn Manson: Tainted Love (2001), which was featured on the movie's soundtrack, she made a cameo appearance as her character Catherine Wyler.

In 2004, Kirshner was cast as author Jenny Schecter, a main character in the drama series The L Word (2004). She remained with the show for all of the show's six seasons through 2009. She won several awards for her role as Jenny Schecter, and a world-wide fan base which followed her character throughout the seasons of the L Word.

In 2006, Mia starred in Brian De Palma's The Black Dahlia (2006) in which she plays the young aspiring actress, Elizabeth Short, who was mysteriously mutilated and murdered in 1947. While the film itself was critically panned, many reviews singled out her performance for acclaim. In 2010, Kirshner co-starred in the film 30 Days of Night: Dark Days (2010) which began filming in the fall of 2009. In 2010, she was cast as Isobel Fleming, a guest role on The Vampire Diaries (2009).

In 2011, she voiced the title character in Bear 71 (2012), a National Film Board of Canada web documentary that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival.

On April 20, 2012, it was announced that Kirshner would join the new Syfy series Defiance (2013).

Kirshner was ranked #43 on the Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2002. She and Beverly Polcyn were nominated for Best Kiss at the 2002 MTV Movie Awards (2002) for Not Another Teen Movie (2001). In 2012 it was announced that Kirshner would be the face of Monica Rich Kosann's jewelry collection.

Already established as Canada's most decorated female performer, Mia is also a decorated writer, winning acclaim for her 2007 book I Live Here.

The series, which follows a controversial group of friends in 1970s San Francisco, was nominated for a Prime Time Emmy and three Gemini Awards. Benjamin Plener was born on 21 May 1982 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He is an actor and writer, known for Goosebumps (1995), Sailor Moon (1995) and Are You Afraid of the Dark? (1990).

Leif Anderson was born on 18 June 1974. He is an actor, known for On the Road (2012), The Walk (2015) and I'm Not There (2007).

Polly Shannon grew up in Aylmer, Quebec, with her mother, a Canadian scriptwriter for children's television, and father, Director-General of Health Canada. She was given a deadline of the age of 25 to make it or break it as an actress, and she's more than met that quota. In 1999, alone, she's had hits with The Girl Next Door (1998) (with Henry Czerny) and The Sheldon Kennedy Story (1999) (with Jonathan Scarfe of Madison (1993) and ER (1994) fame), coming a long way from her first role as Nina in the Canadian teen series Catwalk (1992) in the early nineties.

Robert Francis 'Bobcat' Goldthwait, born May 26, 1962, is an American comedian, writer, producer, director, and star of films and television shows. He is most widely known for his at times screechy voice and scattergun delivery during his standup comedy performances and some film roles.

He was born in 1962 in Syracuse, New York, the son of Kathleen Ann (Welch), a department store employee, and Thomas Lincoln Goldthwait, a sheet metal worker. His family, of Irish, German, and English descent, was Catholic. He decided on a career as a comedian at an early age and was performing professionally while still in high school at the age of fifteen. He and his classmate, Tom Kenny, performed in a comedy duo, billing themselves as "Bobcat and Tomcat". Goldthwait became recognized as a solo stand-up comedian and had three televised concert specials in The 1980s: Bob Goldthwait - Is He Like That All the Time?, An Evening with Bobcat Goldthwait: Share the Warmth (1987) and Meat Bob.

Goldthwait's first major film role was in Police Academy 2: Their First Assignment (1985). He reprised the role in the next two films in the series. During the fall of 1993, Goldthwait did stand-up material as an opening act for Nirvana on what would be their final North American tour. He has made several guest appearances on talk shows as well as comedy programs including The Ben Stiller Show (1992). On May 9, 1994, he made a controversial appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno (1992), where, on impulse, he set a couch on fire. This incident was then the basis of the plot for his subsequent appearance on The Larry Sanders Show (1992).

One of the most recognizable features of Goldthwait's performances is his voice. Goldthwait has voiced characters on the television series Capitol Critters (1992); The Moxy & Flea Show (1995); Unhappily Ever After (1995); Hercules (1998) and Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (2000). He has also appeared, as himself, hosting the comedy quiz show Bobcat's Big Ass Show (1998). Goldthwait has released two comedy albums: "Meat Bob" (1988) on Chrysalis Records and "I Don't Mean to Insult You, but You Look Like Bobcat Goldthwait" (23 September, 2003) on Comedy Central Records.

He made his feature film directorial debut with Shakes the Clown (1991), which he wrote and starred in as well. His film, Windy City Heat (2003), won a Comedia Award for Best Comedy Film at Montreal's Just for Laughs Film Festival in 2004.

Bobcat began directing ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live! (2003) in the fall 2004 season. Since joining the show's crew, the ratings went up to 2 million viewers a night, with the numbers rising nearly 50% with the teenage demographic. In May of 2006, he left to pursue his film career as a filmmaker/director but has since returned to the show. Goldthwait's feature, "Sleeping Dogs Lie" (formally Sleeping Dogs Lie (2006)), starring Melinda Page Hamilton, was in the 2006 Sundance Film Festival and it was part of the "Independent Dramatic Features" competition. "Sleeping Dogs Lie" is about a youthful, impulsive sexual encounter which opens the door to a dark comedy about the complexities of honesty. It was also nominated for the Grand Jury Prize in the "Dramatic Features" category. "Sleeping Dogs Lie" was picked up in a mid-six figure deal for distribution in north America by Roadside Attractions & Samuel Goldwyn Films at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival. A French film company called "Gaumont" bought it for the international rights to the film in France. "Tartan Films", a UK-based production company, also bought it for international rights in the United Kingdom. The film was released in the US on October 20, 2006.

He married Ann Luly in 1986 at the age of 24. The couple have two children (now grown), Tasha and Taylor, and divorced in May 1998. At one time, Goldthwait was engaged to his Unhappily Ever After (1995) co-star, Nikki Cox, but the couple split.

Karen Elkin was born on 3 August 1974 in Verdun, Québec, Canada. She is an actress and writer, known for Arrival II (1998), Are You Afraid of the Dark? (1990) and Xchange (2000).

Jennifer Irwin was born on 17 June 1975 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She is an actress and writer, known for Superstar (1999), Exit Wounds (2001) and No Strings Attached (2011).

Aaron was born one minute before his twin, Shawn Ashmore, in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. He is the son of homemaker Linda and manufacturing engineer Rick. When they were 10, their mother was a part of a club called the "Multiple Births Association," or as Aaron likes to call it, "The Multiple Rugrats." The support group, located in Alberta, Canada was where the twins were discovered by a talent agent. It didn't take long for the problem of rejection to arise. The twins started out in commercials, sometimes by themselves and sometimes together. When they were 12, Aaron got an offer to be in a commercial, but he fell ill on that day, and Shawn went in his brother's place. Ever since then, Shawn's career has always been 1 step in front of his brother's. Since high school, when they were routinely mixed up with one another, their talents have become a lot less identical. They have been offered different roles to play, and they are looking a lot less identical, now that they are growing older. Aaron is now more sturdily built, with a broader face and broad shoulders. He stands 6'0", which is an inch taller than Shawn, who is 5'11". To that, Shawn says, "It's shoes and hair". Aaron lives in Toronto, where he shares an apartment with Shawn.

Nicole Lyn was born in Brampton, Ontario, Canada to parents Cheryl Gabay and Peter Lyn. Her love for the arts began at 3-years-old, when she started taking dance classes in her hometown. At just eight, she won enrollment into Toronto's prestigious Claude Watson School for artistically gifted students and immersed herself in the performing arts, also excelling academically. Nicole also cultivated her passion for dance at the National Ballet School of Canada. She's been featured in the pages of InStyle, Vanity Fair, Ebony, InTouch, Life & Style, Page Six, Us Weekly, Manhattan, and Angeleno magazines. Television appearances include The Queen Latifah Show, Good Morning America, BET's 106 & Park, RevoltLive and MTV2's Hip Hop Squares, as the show's resident DJ and co-host.
