Volledig uitverkocht huis, wel een beetje wennen, maar dit voegde veel toe aan de kijk beleving. Heel knap hoe in dit deel van de Spiderman reeks, alle voorgaande Spiderman reeksen worden samengebracht, met alle acteurs uit de eerdere reeksen. Knap gedaan, en fantastische effecten. Popcorn film van hoge kwaliteit

Deze film leunt, qua sfeer, meer aan tegen de Joker film met Joaquin Phoenix, duister en grimmig. Het verhaal zit goed in elkaar. De karakters zoals The Pinguïn zijn realistischer neergezet dan zij in de Burton verfilmingen waren en dat werkt erg goed. Een welverdiende 8

Een hele grote Harry Potter adept was ik niet, maar ik heb zeker ook van die reeks genoten. De Fantastic Beasts vind ik zelf leuker. Met dit derde deel in de FB reeks is zeker cinematografisch helemaal niets mis. De overname door Mads Mikelsen van de in onmin geraakte Johnny Depp gaat eigenlijk volledig naadloos en stoort niet. Als er een kritiekpuntje is, dan is het misschien dat de film een half uurtje korter had gemogen. Films van twee en een half uur lijkt tegenwoordig de norm, maar een goed verhaal kan volgens mij in anderhalf uur (nou goed een uur en drie kwartier) verteld worden.

Een hilarische cameo rol voor Brat Pitt, maar Daniël Radcliff komt niet zo uit de verf als boosaardige miljardair. Leuk, onderhoudend, naar het einde toe zakt hij even in, maar uiteindelijk onderhoudend genoeg om deze met een zeven te waarderen. (spoiler alert) het einde (na de aftiteling) verraad een mogelijk vervolg.

Flink wat knipogen naar films in het genre “Oceans Eleven “ Mission Impossible “ etc. Slapstick humor en een “moraal in het verhaal” maakten dat ik mij kostelijk vermaakt heb, ondanks dat ik helemaal alleen in de bioscoop zit op woensdagmiddag
