I did like a few episodes of Season 2, but this feels a bit different and far more interesting. Almost an 8/10, but the final scene was really rushed and poorly done. I do love what it sets up, though.

A showdown between Red Hood and the Titans leads to a shocking revelation.Why is Titans good? This episode was a stellar introduction to the Red Hood antagonist and I really liked the reveal at the end. Pacing can be a bit jank since it does just feel like a speed run of "Under the Red Hood", but I was definitely invested.

The Titans have less than four hours to find the detonator.The ending of this episode raises the entire thing about a point, but the rest of it is super solid as well. Red Hood plot is going nice places and Hank's death was amazingly done. Surprisingly looking forward to this season.

Meanwhile, Dick and Dr. Crane go on a road trip.Pretty solid. Blackfire plot is good and I think it can grow into something I really dig, but anytime we switched back to the Red Hood plot I was instantly way more invested. It's clearly the better story.
