Rogelio IS planning to propose, but with a different ring, one that gets swallowed accidentally by Mateo! Michael (Brett Dier) comes to a realization about Rose and Mutter. Justin Baldoni, Yael Grobglas and Ivonne Coll also star.

Rain ruins Valentine's Day plans, causing more than one couple to have their first fight. Schneider tries to hide his wealthy background from Avery.

Maya attempts to give Jimmy a Valentine's Day gift with help from his old roommate and her ex-fiance'. Meanwhile, Dylan finds out that Ray got a candy-gram from a girl at school by mistake and pretends to be the girl who sent it to mess with him; and JJ is in charge of distributing the candy-grams, which proves challenging for both him and Kenneth.

JJ's love match with Izzy becomes a cage match with Kenneth; Maya and Jimmy dismiss Valentine's Day as a suckers' holiday until they find a way to profit from it; unable to find a date for a prepaid romantic night out, Ray invites Dylan.

Cheryl does something uncharacteristic for her - she gives Jim a sexy portrait of herself for Valentine's Day. When she finds out Jim shares the picture with all his friends, she is mortified.

D.J. and Stephanie become worried when they can't find enough money to replace a damaged Valentine's Day gift sweater. Meanwhile, Jesse has his first serious date with Rebecca, and Joey attends a Valentine's Day ball dressed as Popeye.

Then Daniel sneaks into Laura's room and, when he tries to kiss her and she pushes him away, he calls her a baby - just like Urkel had warned. Eventually, Daniel is chased away and a shaken Laura breaks down in her parents' arms.

Michelle mistakes Steve's friendliness for romantic love. Jesse has trouble with his new computer.

Steve becomes a shoulder for Laura to cry on after she and Ted agree to break up just before Valentine's Day; Richie tries to avoid his amorous neighbor.

Michelle gets a boyfriend for Valentine's Day, while Joey gets a secret admirer. When Jesse helps Danny plan an elaborate date with Claire, Rebecca feels neglected.

Urkel hosts three Valentine's Day stories. In "True Love," Eddie sings a song to clear up Greta's misunderstandings with his high-school ex-girlfriend Oneisha. "First Love" involves Richie and 3J vying for the affections of Kelsey Webster, Maxine's niece,when Richie decides to drop out, Kelsey decides that he's the better man. In "Lasting Love," Harriette accuses Carl of being cheap in buying her the same gifts every year and he enlists Richie and 3J to help him make up for it. Finally, Urkel gets his own Valentine's Day gift in the form of Myra dressed as a polka-costume-clad Cupid.

As Sabrina and Harvey grow closer, her aunts reveal that when a witch kisses a mortal for the first time, the mortal turns into a frog. Unable to stop herself, however, Sabrina kisses Harvey, and must find a way to change him back.

On Valentine's Day, Shawn's ex-girlfriends are so certain he is going to ruin his relationship with Angela that they kidnap him in order to keep him from hurting her. Meanwhile, Cory must face the music when Topanga reads Lauren's letter.

Roland the Troll is a magic policeman and steals Sabrina's heart after she misuses magic.

Cory becomes upset when Topanga seems less interested in spending Valentine's Day with him than with consoling Amy about the last stages of her pregnancy, so when Topanga decides to cheer Amy up with a baby shower, Cory takes charge. Unfortunately his concept of a baby shower turns out to be a female version of a bachelor party, complete with a pizza-guy stripper, but the disgusted guests are distracted when Amy's waters break and she is rushed to hospital for a premature delivery -- one which the new Matthews baby may not survive. Meanwhile, Shawn is still on the road to nowhere; Morgan is less than happy about the arrival of a new sibling; and Jack and Rachel worry about the effect of revealing their new relationship to Eric -- who announces he already knows, and is moving out.

As punishment for trying to break up her Aunt Zelda and Mr. Kraft, Cupid instructs Sabrina to bring a couple together for Valentine's Day or face the consequences.
