- DirectorMarco BrambillaStarsSylvester StalloneWesley SnipesSandra BullockA police officer is brought out of suspended animation in prison to pursue an old ultra-violent nemesis who is loose in a non-violent future society. My number three Stallone's favorite movie is Demolition Man The best sci-fi futuristic 90's action movie from Stallone to grace on a movie screen ever. Demolition Man is one of the best sci-fi futuristic action 90's movies from Sylvester Stallone to grace on a movie screen ever. It is Rated R for non-stop action violence, and for strong language It is my personal favorite action movie of the 90's. Belongs right there with Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Sylvester Stallone is LAPD officer John Spartan the 21st century's most dangerous cop and Wesley Snipes is Simon Phoenix the 21st century's most ruthles criminal. This is a bad-ass futuristic action film it is in my top 15 favorite action films of all time. It is my personal favorite action film that is dear to my heart. I love, love, love this movie to death, it is right there with Rambo, Cobra, Hard Target, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Hard Boiled, Predator 1 and 2 and more this is a bad-ass, kick-ass action movie of all time. They don't make em like this anymore. "Send a maniac to catch a maniac" It is beautiful directed by Marco Brambilla he directed excellent this perfect action movie. I don't know what happened with the director after this movie he directed Excess Baggage (1997) than a few episodes of TV series and than he dissapeard it is really a shame a lot of good directors leave like that. It has great dilogue. Sylvester Stallone as John Spartan reminds me on John Wick played by Keanu Reeves that is why Stallone and Keanu Reeves are my top two favorite action actors that I love to death. I love the lines Spartan says: "Somebody put me back in the fridge." , "You should've stayed there.", "Do you have something to say, scum bag?", "You're under arrest, Phoenix.", Most of these guys don't like their own mothers. They're bad boys." Sylvester Stallone's best performance as a renegade cop that get's framed and he must now in the future stop his old enemy Simon Phoenix who is on the loose again and is killing people. Wesley Snipes playes Simon Phoenix bad guy and barbaric ruthles killer. In my opinion Simon Phoneix is Wesley Snipes best role it is my favorite role he has done. Sylvester Stallone and Wesley Snipes were decent actors. Sandra Bullock is so sexy gorgeous hot babe as Lenina Huxley even now day Sandra is still my favorite actress and I still love her. For the rest of the cast I don't care.
- DirectorSylvester StalloneStarsSylvester StalloneTalia ShireBurt YoungRocky Balboa proudly holds the world heavyweight boxing championship, but a new challenger has stepped forward: Drago, a six-foot-four, 261-pound fighter who has the backing of the Soviet Union. My number four Stallone's favorite movie is Rocky IV it is tied with Rambo: First Blood Part II. 80's revenge's style the best classic action film my number 1 personal favorite Rocky movie of all time. The year 1985 was a golden year for Stallone. After he was fired from Paramount pictures for Beverly Hills Cop (1984) movie, he went to make Rambo: First Blood Part II and Rocky IV. Sly wrote a script and directed beautiful the fourth action sequel Rocky movie. Rambo: First Blood Part II and Rocky IV earned over $300,000,000 worldwide, they were the moust successful and popular movies of the 80's. Commando wasn't so much successful movie in the 80's like these two were. This is my number 1 personal favorite Rocky movie a classic action film of the 80's revenge style. The best Rocky of all time. It was my first Rocky and Stallone film I saw as a kid. This is Stallone's personal favorite movie of all time.
- DirectorRenny HarlinStarsSylvester StalloneJohn LithgowMichael RookerA botched mid-air heist results in suitcases full of cash being searched for by various groups throughout the Rocky Mountains. My number fifth Stallone favorite movie is Cliffhanger. Best action movie in the 90's - thrills in the Rocky Mountains my favorite Stallone flick. Cliffhanger is Stallone's best action 90's movie of all time! I love this film to death, it is one of my personal favorite action movies and personal favorite Stallone movies. It is practical, they are practical dangerous stunts. They are real models, the real Rocky Mountains not CGI graphic dated. The scene locations were filmed in Rome, Lazio, Italy. They are the real Rocky Mountains, tough the movie is set in Colorado, USA. Everyone of the cast even director did an amazing job. It is man vs nature vs hijackers, "Die Hard" on a mountains. "Your friend just had the most expensive funeral in history..." Directed was by Renny Harlin and this is my favorite movie of the director. He made so many good movies in his career that are my favorite movies. A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master, Die Hard 2, Cliffhanger, The Long Kiss Goodnight, Deep Blue Sea, Mindhunters and Skiptrace. Real good movies that are my favorite. Sylvester Stallone is Gabe Walker a rescue climber who becomes involved in the failed heist of a U.S. Treasury plane flying through the Rocky Mountains. Another movie that put Stallone in the underdog character. I would put this movie between Rocky, Rambo: First Blood and Over the Top because Stallone plays that kind a characters. Gabe becomes Rocky when he fight the nature, he climbs up the wall without his climbing gear in a t-shirt whithout his jacket. He becomes one man army after the hijcakers kidnapps his friend Hale Tucker (Michael Rooker) and force him to search three suitcases full of money. Gabe knows after they will located and get the money they will kill his friend and he has to get to the suitcases first.
- DirectorSylvester StalloneStarsSylvester StalloneTalia ShireBurt YoungRocky faces the ultimate challenge from a powerful new contender, and must turn to a former rival to help regain his throne as the undisputed fighting champion.Number six Stallone movie is Rocky III. Eye of the Tiger - another great classic 80's best sequel in the Rocky saga, my third personal favorite movie of all time. Come out the same year as First Blood and First Blood is a classic but I prefer Rocky III over First Blood. I even prefer Platoon (1986) over First Blood. So Rocky III is my favorite Stallone movie that I grow up with it. Eye of the Tiger - another great classic 80's best sequel in the Rocky saga, my third personal favorite movie of all time. Another classic the greatest sequel in the "Rocky" trilogy of the 80's. Rocky III come out the same year as "First Blood". It is a diferent third entry in the Rocky saga from the first two movies. It is in an Eye of the Tiger difrent style. After Sly completed Rocky II in 1979 Sly wrote a script for the third movie so that he completed the Rocky trilogy saga. Sylvester Stallone beautiful wrote a script, acted and directed. This was my third Rocky film of the five films I saw in the 90's. It is my number 3 favorite Rocky film of all time and I love this movie to death.
- DirectorSylvester StalloneStarsSylvester StalloneJulie BenzMatthew MarsdenIn Thailand, John Rambo joins a group of mercenaries to venture into war-torn Burma, and rescue a group of Christian aid workers who were kidnapped by the ruthless local infantry unit.Number seven Favorite Stallone movie is Rambo Pure fighting machine a bad-ass solid action flick best Rambo movie ever my third personal favorite action film. A pure bad-ass action movie brutal, violent realistic and powerful. Rambo IV aka Rambo (2008) come out 20 years later after Rambo III. Sly always wanted to make a new Rocky and Rambo movie and he did. I love this movie to death. I love this movie to death. It is Rated-R it is realistic action war movie the best Rambo movie in my opinion. "Any of you boys want to shoot, now's the time. There isn't one of us that doesn't want to be someplace else. But this is what we do, who we are. Live for nothing, or die for something. Your call." Sylvester Stallone and Art Monterastelli wrote a beautiful script for the movie and it is the first and only Rambo movie Sylvester Stallone ever directed and that masterful, briliant and beautiful.
- DirectorSylvester StalloneStarsSylvester StalloneTalia ShireBurt YoungRocky struggles in family life after his bout with Apollo Creed, while the embarrassed champ insistently goads him to accept a challenge for a rematch.Number Eight is Rocky II and it is a real movie it is one of the best, best, greatest sequels of all time. Yes I love Rocky II and it is my favorite Stallone film of all time. I love , love Rocky II to death. It is my third favorite Rocky movie of all time! I put this movie above the first one, fifth one and Rocky Balboa. This is the real Rocky, the boxing match in the finale is for real. Sylvester Stallone and Carl Weathers fought for real they did not act. Creed II is a joke! Why is this movie so great to me: the dialogues between the cast , the chemistry between Mickey and Rocky. I love Apollo Creed who get's angry when his fans calling him a fake and the fight was fix. He is angry and he chalanges Rocky to a fight. He makes a cartoonish picture of Creed grabbing and choking a Rocky-headed chicken calling him "Apollo Creed Vs The Italian Chicken" I love Apollo's traning and he works hard to show everyone that Rocky had a luck. I love Rocky's life he get's married, his wife get's pregnant. He earns a lot of money from his last fight spends his money quickly. He try's to make a commercials but he stinks at it, because he can't read. For six months he was on a docks trying to find a job, but couldn't keep it, so he become a janitor in Mick's gym until he hear a bell the ring becons him one more time.
- DirectorSylvester StalloneStarsSylvester StalloneAntonio TarverMilo VentimigliaThirty years after the ring of the first bell, Rocky Balboa comes out of retirement and dons his gloves for his final fight against the reigning heavyweight champ Mason 'The Line' Dixon.Number Nine favorite Stalone movie is Rocky Balboa because it is a bad-ass boxing movie. It ain't over til it's over - my second personal favorite classic Rocky movie of all time and final sixth installment. Rocky Balboa fixes Rocky V and pies on Rocky V, Creed I and II It destroy all these three awful movies. Rocky Balboa it is the final sixth movie in the Rocky franchise. For me this movie ended the franchise perfectly well. Sly stated after this movie he is done with Rocky. He always wanted to do this movie, but he never had a time and the quality script for the story until in the early 2000's when his career was over. He dicede to make another Rocky and Rambo sequel. Rocky Balboa is my second personal favorite Rocky movie and Stallone movie of all time. This is my final Rocky review, I am not reviewing Creed I hate that movie to death. I hate Creed II, I review that garbage seqeul months ago. The best one in the franchise I ever saw I love, I love this movie to death. It is a final Rocky film it goes back to the roots and mostly it is continuation from the first original movie.
- DirectorJames MangoldStarsSylvester StalloneHarvey KeitelRay LiottaThe Sheriff of a suburban New Jersey community, populated by New York City police officers, slowly discovers the town is a front for mob connections and corruption.Number Ten favorite Stallone film is Cop Land. One of Stallone's best crime thriller movies that doesn't get much appreciation my personal favorite Stallone film. Easily one of Sylvester Stallone's best perfomance he ever did. It is an crime thriller and a good one. I love this film to death and it is my personal favorite Stallone film it is his last good movie he did in the 90's. Cop Land is one of those rare cinematic treats that features an A-List cast of thespians all in familiar territory with exception for lead Sylvester Stallone. But that said, he really shines and you really feel for his sluggish almost helplessness character Freddy as he hops around trying to do the right thing but wants to remain loyal to his fellow cops, until he finds the right mind to make the right choice. It is a Miramax film which Stallone did for a different studio this movie again it is crime thriller, you don't have a lot of shoutouts or action but it is something that is right.
