Candace Helaine Cameron Bure was the youngest of four children, born in Panorama City, Los Angeles, California to Robert and Barbara Cameron. Following in the footsteps of her older brother Kirk Cameron, (who played Mike Seaver for 7 seasons on the hit show Growing Pains (1985)), Candace decided to pursue acting herself. She appeared in several commercials, and guest-starred on shows such as Punky Brewster (1984), St. Elsewhere (1982) and Who's the Boss? (1984).

In 1986, at age 10, she was cast as Donna Jo "D.J." Margaret Tanner-Fuller, the eldest daughter, on Full House (1987) and Fuller House (2016). Dove Olivia Cameron was born Chloe Celeste Hosterman on January 15, 1996 in Bainbridge Island, Washington to acting coach Bonnie J. Wallace and Philip Alan Hosterman, a chief executive officer/founder of Kandahar Trading Company. She's known for playing a dual role as the eponymous characters in the Disney Channel teen sitcom, Liv and Maddie (2013) and playing Mal, daughter of Maleficent in "Descendants" (2015) and the sequel "Descendants 2" (2017). She then had a recurring role as Ruby in the ABC television series "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." (2018). After her mother introduced her in a sketch comedy group, she also induced her interest in acting and now she is an emerging talent in the acting world. Cree got her rise to fame after she began playing the lead role of fan favorite Babe Carano in Game Shakers (2015).

Miranda Taylor Cosgrove was born May 14, 1993 in Los Angeles, California, to Christina (Casey) and Tom Cosgrove, who owns a dry-cleaning business. She was discovered at a young age singing and dancing around a table in a restaurant, where an agent saw her talent and quickly signed her. Miranda's career started with commercials for Burger King, McDonalds and more as she auditioned for many roles and finally won her first role as the band's manager in the movie, School of Rock (2003).

While filming School of Rock (2003) in New York, she was informed that her pilot Drake & Josh (2004) had been picked up. Demi Lovato revealed on On Air with Ryan Seacrest on September 30, 2013 that Fifth Harmony is one of two opening acts for her 2014 Neon Lights Tour playing 27 arenas across North America.

In early 2014, the girl group continued the recording process for their debut album that started in 2013. Fifth Harmony revealed in an interview with Billboard that following the end of the North American leg of the Neon Lights Tour, they will return to the studio to complete their album, which is expected to be released in mid-to-late 2014. Of the new songs already recorded, members of the group have stated that their music is taking on a "more mature sound" and is "more rhythmic... laidback... less pop". Fifth Harmony's fourth headlining tour was revealed at the end of March 2014, titled "Fifth Times a Charm Tour", with dates in Puerto Rico and the US.

On April 26, 2014, Fifth Harmony performed "Miss Movin On" at the 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. That night, they were announced as the winners in both of the categories they were nominated in, Breakout Artist and Best Song to Rock Out To With Your BFF for "Me & My Girls".

The single, "BO$$", from the group's upcoming debut album was officially announced on 30 May, 2014, when Fifth Harmony played a teaser snippet of the track towards the end of their performance at the Kiss 108 FM Concert in Boston.The official music video for "BO$$" was released on July, 8, 2014.The music video was directed and choreographed by Fatima Robinson.

Rebbeca Marie Gomez was born and raised in Inglewood, California. She is the daughter of Alejandra and Francisco "Frank" Gomez. Then I met her and discovered she could also sing and play the guitar and I thought, 'This is even better.' Then I found out she could write and it was like, 'What else are you going to tell me, that you're also Van Gogh?' Her potential is limitless." Shortly after signing with the label, Gomez began work on her debut album.
