Leonor Varela was born on December 29, 1972 in Santiago de Chile, Chile, the daughter of Leonor Palma, a massage therapist, and Francisco Varela (Francisco Javier Varela Garcia), a biologist, neuroscientist, and philosopher. Her family fled to Costa Rica, leaving behind the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet. They subsequently resided in Germany, USA, and France, where Varela studied.

In the '90s she appears in the Chilean soap Tic Tac (1997), and in other French and Europeans productions like Pony Trek (1995), Sous le soleil (1996), Shooting Stars (1997), A Legend to Ride (1997), Le juste (1996), or Bouge! (1997). Her career in Holywood began in 1998, when she joined the cast of The Man in the Iron Mask (1998) when she starred opposite Leonardo DiCaprio, and she appeared in The Bible Collection: Jeremiah (1998) opposite Patrick Dempsey. The following year (1999), she played the title character in the ABC TV movie "Cleopatra" (1999) (TV) opposite her future fiancé Billy Zane and Timothy Dalton

She appeared in The Tailor of Panama (2001) as Marta and in Texas Rangers (2001) as Perdita opposite Ashton Kutcher. In 2002 she appeared as the fanged vampire princess Nyssa in the action film Blade II (2002) opposite Wesley Snipes and Kris Kristofferson and directed by Guillermo del Toro. After that came Paraíso B (2002) as Gloria and in Pas si grave (2003) as Angela.

Varela also had a short recurring role in the Fox Television show Arrested Development (2003) as the original Marta. She was nominated for the Ariel Award in 2005 in the category of Best Actress for Innocent Voices (2004). She also had a non-recurring role in Stargate: Atlantis (2004).

In 2005 she appeared playing Adela in Americano (2005), and her following projects included Goal II: Living the Dream (2007) as the journalist Jordana Garcia, Where God Left His Shoes (2007) with John Leguizamo and the TV series produced by Jennifer Lopez Como ama una mujer (2007).

She also did films like Space Milkshake (2012), Random Acts of Romance (2012), Taken Back: Finding Haley (2012) and Kid Cannabis (2014). She was Naomi on 7 episodes of the 8th season of Supernatural (2005). She also played a recurring character on the sitcom Package Deal (2013).

Tapping has had the pleasure of supporting various charities and organizations such as The Coast Foundation, a support agency for people with mental disabilities, The Canadian Cancer Society, UNICEF and V-Day by performing in "The Vagina Monologues" to help end violence against women and girls worldwide. She also sits on the leadership council for The Waterkeeper Alliance. Amanda launched the charitable foundation "Sanctuary for Kids" in 2009 to support both local and global children's charities helping children in crisis. To date they have raised over $650,000. Their work takes them to Nepal, Haiti and the downtown east side of Vancouver. She was honored with Women in Film's "Woman of Vision" award. She also received the YWCA Women of Distinction "Connecting the Community" Award. She was awarded The Jules Verne Award in Paris for her humanitarian work. She was offered an Honorary Life Membership from the University College of Dublin Law Society and received an Honorary Doctorate of Laws from The University of Windsor.

Jane Badler, the American and Australian actress best known for her role as the evil reptilian Visitor leader "Diana" in the NBC mini-series V (1983), its sequel V: The Final Battle (1984), the subsequent TV series V (1984), and the last season of the latest series V (2009), was born on the last day of 1953 in Brooklyn, New York. She spent her teen years in Manchester, New Hampshire, where she attended Central High School. Jane won the Miss New Hampshire title and competed at the 1972 Miss America Pageant before going on to study drama at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

In 1977, Jane gained her first major role on the TV soap opera One Life to Live (1968), where she played "Melinda Cramer Janssen" until 1981, returning briefly to reprise the role in 1983. She also starred on the venerable soap opera The Doctors (1963). Jolene Blalock was born and raised in San Diego, California. At age 16, she left home to pursue a modeling career in Europe and Asia. Brandy Ledford is an American/Canadian actress, dancer and former model. She was born on February 4th to Sandra and Ken Ledford. Her mother is from Canada, with New Zealand roots and her father is part Cherokee Indian from North Carolina. Brandy was raised in Redondo Beach, CA with her mother and her younger sister and brothers. She discovered her love for dancing at an early age and began competing in local and national drill team competitions, winning the World Drill Team championships in 1980.

After graduating from Redondo Union High School, Brandy started her modeling career. She lived in Japan, New York and Canada and traveled all over the globe as a model and dancer.

From 1993-96, Brandy attended the Baron Brown Studio in Los Angeles, CA, where she studied acting with DW Brown. She continued her training with Margie Haber at the Margie Haber Studio for a number of years. Toronto native Alexandra Doig was born on June 8th, to Filipina mother Gloria and Irish-Scottish father David. Her parents held season tickets to their local theater, and Lexa was inspired to begin acting after seeing a production of "Porgy and Bess" at the age of nine. She dropped out of high school in grade 13, did modeling and commercial work, and hosted YTV's Video & Arcade Top 10 (1991) with friend Gordon Michael Woolvett.

Her first professional job came at the age of 19, when she was cast opposite William Shatner and Greg Evigan in "TekWar". She went on to appear in several projects for both the big and small screens, including CI5: The New Professionals (1998), Jungleground (1995) and No Alibi (2000), before landing a lead role in Jason X (2001), the 10th installment in the Friday the 13th series. Shortly after, she captured the title role in Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda (2000) starring as the Andromeda Ascendant's sophisticated artificial intelligence system. Daniella Evangelista has been working in the film and modeling industry since she was 4-years-old. Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and raised in Los Angeles, California; Daniella now splits her time between both cities. Tamlyn Tomita was born on 27 January 1966 in Okinawa, Japan. She is an actress and writer, known for The Day After Tomorrow (2004), The Karate Kid Part II (1986) and The Eye (2008). She is married to Daniel Blinkoff.

Jaime Ray Newman will next be seen in a recurring role on the new Apple TV series created by Don Cheadle, THE BIG CIGAR, as well as guest starring in BEL AIR on Peacock. She recently appeared as a recurring character on the critically-acclaimed Hulu series DOPESICK, opposite Michael Keaton, as well as on THE TIME TRAVELER'S WIFE for HBO. Newman held prominent recurring roles in both DEPUTY on FOX and LITTLE FIRES EVERYWHERE, opposite Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington. Previously, Jaime has recurred on VERONICA MARS, THE MAGICIANS, THE IMPOSTERS, MAJOR CRIMES, SATISFACTION, CSI, DROP DEAD DIVA, and NIP/TUCK. Brenda James recently finished production on the true crime thriller "Dorothea," directed by Chad Ferrin. She is best known as the Brenda Blob monster in the Cult Classic "Slither," directed by James Gunn. Her sci-fi roles include Dr. Katie Brown in Stargate Atlantis, playing Rodney McKay's love interest, and "Outer Limits" and "The Dead Zone" with Anthony Michael Hall and Ally Sheedy. Featured guest star roles include "The Practice" re-occurring guest, as Liz Porter in the MTV boy band spoof series "2Gether". Her first feature was co-starring alongside Brad Pitt in the slasher movie "Cutting Class" and her first series was "Safe at Home" playing the ditsy Amy Holmes. Originally from Canada, Brenda makes her home in Hollywood, California.

Morena Baccarin was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to actress Vera Setta and journalist Fernando Baccarin. Her uncle was actor Ivan Setta. She is of Italian as well as Lebanese and Portuguese/Brazilian descent. She moved to New York at the age of 10, when her father was transferred there. She attended the LaGuardia High School of Music and Performing Arts and then the Juilliard School.

Staying in New York she worked in the theater, notably in the Central Park production of Anton Chekhov's "The Seagull" where she was also Natalie Portman's understudy, and also appeared in several movies. Vaitiare was born Eugenie Vaitiare Hirshon in Tahiti, French Polynesia, and was later known as Vaitiare Bandera, after she married producer Peter Bandera in 1994-97. She has an older brother and a younger half-brother. Her parents met during the filming of Mutiny on the Bounty, starring Marlon Brando. Her father, Charles Heimata Hirshon, was born in Tahiti, of half American German-Jewish and half Tahitian-Maori descent, and started the movie theaters in the South Pacific. Her grandfather, Lewis Hirshon, a stockbroker, was from New York.

It is at her grandfather's house in Tahiti where the Pulitzer Prize-winning author of "Tales of the South Pacific", James A. Michener, wrote "Return to Paradise". Her mother, Georgina Toomaru, came from a French, English, Polynesian / Cook Island (Royal Makea family) mix, was a young model and the first airline stewardess in Tahiti. It is through her mother, Vaitiare is able to trace her roots to the Royal House of Makea, located in Rarotonga, Cook Islands, where her Grand Cousin, Tinomana Ariki Puaikura, was the "Queen of Queens". Vaitiare is a 17th generation Makea with 11 Documented King and Queen Ancestors in her genealogy.

Young Vaitiare left Tahiti with her mother and brother, at the age of 8. She graduated high school at the age of 16, and signed with a top modeling agency in Los Angeles and booked her first audition. A year after, at the age of 17, she auditioned for the internationally singer, Julio Iglesias' Christmas Special music video, filmed in her homeland.

She was offered the lead female role in the remake of The Bounty, starring a young Mel Gibson, and turned it down. In her early 20's, she starred in her first comedy film in Spain, Tahiti's Girl, and then decided to study acting, back in Los Angeles, with renown acting coach, Larry Moss. She hosted an award-winning 13 episodes documentary, "Tahiti and her Island", for TVE- Spain.

She appeared in several TV ads and was named Ambassador of Good Will for a Disabled Childrens Charity in South America. Vaitiare was the Hispanic spokesperson for Miller Beer, from 1993 through to 1995. She has also appeared in ads for Cox Communications, Sears, J.C. Penney, Toyota, Coors Dry, Caroche Jeans-Spain and Honda-Tahiti. She starred in the Spanish-language novella, Agujetas de color de rosa, which was seen in 45 countries. She also made guest appearances on Married... with Children, Out of the Blue and Acapulco H.E.A.T.. She had a role in the movie, U.S. Marshals. Vaitiare's best-known role was on Stargate SG-1, where she guest-starred in several episodes as Daniel Jackson's wife, "Sha're".

It is on the set of the pilot episode of "Stargate SG-1", where she met the father of her child, Michael Shanks. They have a daughter, Tatiana Shanks, born in 1998. They remain good friends and share custody. Vaitiare has a son, Kenta Asars, born in 2005. Vaitiare resides in Los Angeles with her son Kenta.

Jennifer Love Hewitt was born in Waco, Texas, to Patricia Mae (Shipp), a speech-language pathologist, and Herbert Daniel Hewitt, a medical technician. She has English, Italian, French, Scottish, and German ancestry. She got her first name from her older brother Todd Daniel Hewitt (b. November 8, 1970), who picked the name after a little blonde girl on whom he'd had a crush. Her mother selected Jennifer's middle name, Love (which she goes by offstage), from her best college friend. Her parents separated when she was six months old and her mother raised her in Killeen, Texas.

Sophie Belinda Turner; (born February 21, 1996) is an English actress. Turner made her professional acting debut as Sansa Stark on the HBO fantasy television series Game of Thrones (2011) (2011-2019), which brought her international recognition and critical praise. For her performance, she has received an Emmy Award nomination, four nominations for Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series, as well as a Young Artist Award nomination for Best Supporting Young Actress in a TV Series.

Turner has also starred in the television film The Thirteenth Tale (2013) and she made her feature film debut in Another Me (2013). She has also starred in the action comedy Barely Lethal (2015) and played Jean Grey in X-Men: Apocalypse (2016).

Turner was born in Northampton, the daughter of Sally, a nursery school teacher, and a father who works for a pallet distribution company. She moved to Chesterton, Warwickshire when she was two years old. She attended Warwick Prep School until she was eleven, and later attended The King's High School for Girls. Turner has been a member of the theatre company Playbox Theatre Company since she was three years old. Turner has two older brothers, and stated in an interview with The Telegraph that "My childhood was pretty fun. We had pigsties, barns and a paddock, and used to muck around in the mud." Turner had a tutor on the set of Game of Thrones (2011) until the age of 16, sending homework back to her teachers at school. She achieved five A and four B grades at GCSE, including a B grade in drama.

Since 2011, Turner has portrayed Sansa Stark, a young noblewoman, in the HBO fantasy drama series Game of Thrones (2011). Sansa is her first television role. Turner's drama teacher encouraged her to audition for the part, and she dyed her blonde hair auburn for the role. Turner also narrated the audio-book version of the Lev Grossman short story The Girl in the Mirror, which was included in the short fiction anthology Dangerous Women, and was edited by George R.R. Martin. Turner played mutant Jean Grey in X-Men: Apocalypse (2016), which was released on 27 May 2016. On 9 May 2016, it was reported that she would appear in a segment of the anthology film Berlin, I Love You, itself the fourth installment of the Cities of Love franchise. She will also reprise the role of Jean Grey/Dark Phoenix in the film, X-Men: Dark Phoenix (2019).

Kaley Christine Cuoco was born in Camarillo, California, to Layne Ann (Wingate) and Gary Carmine Cuoco, a realtor. She is of Italian (father) and German and English (mother) descent. A model and commercial actress from the age of 6, Cuoco's first major role was in the TV movie Quicksand: No Escape (1992), with Donald Sutherland and Tim Matheson. Natalie was born Natalie Hershlag on June 9, 1981, in Jerusalem, Israel. She is the only child of Avner Hershlag, an Israeli-born doctor, and Shelley Stevens, an American-born artist (from Cincinnati, Ohio), who also acts as Natalie's agent. Her parents are both of Ashkenazi Jewish descent. Natalie's family left Israel for Washington, D.C., when she was still very young. After a few more moves, her family finally settled in New York, where she still lives to this day. She graduated with honors, and her academic achievements allowed her to attend Harvard University. She was discovered by an agent in a pizza parlor at the age of 11. She was pushed towards a career in modeling but she decided that she would rather pursue a career in acting.
