The animation doesn’t hold up which is unfortunate but not a surprise, I remember thinking this movie looked so realistic when I first saw it but I just hate how long CGI animation has taken over the animation genre. Also the obvious attempts at trying to do cool 3D shit takes me out of the movie every time. Damn Hollywood and it’s stupid attempt at reviving 3D in the early 2010s.

But in a surprise ending, Squidward uncharacteristically saves the day and Christmas ends up coming after all.Day 11: ‘member when Spongebob used to be this good? Those were the days.
