I'm glad I did. Heartbreaking more so when I found out its a true story. Stuart has many more issues than drink but as a self confessed alcoholic this needs to be on the list. I'm not sure what to say about this movie other than sadness but if you can find it, watch it.

If you've ever had to many then you will surely commiserate with the male lead or the female lead or ........ both. Highly recommended.

Jennifer Connelly does a great job as a drinker who's life is heading the wrong way. Dont head for this title if you are just after the drinking angle, there is far more going. I have included it as her performance is top notch as a woman who numbs it all with drink to the point actually that she pays no attention to her life which sets the scene for the whole movie.

I found this while searching for greatest movie drunks. This really has nothing to do with that other than Harvey enjoying a few afternoon drinks, but that is very needed for this plot... and what a plot!
