Claudia Lee was born in West Lafayette, Indiana. As a little girl watching TV and film, she dreamed of being an actress, and loved performing. Lee was adamant about connecting with her Polish roots, so her parents sent her to a school in Poznan, Poland for one month each summer to study the language.
