Garrett spent his early years growing up on a farm in a small town. When he was in the ninth grade, he moved to Scottsdale, Arizona with his mother and took private acting lessons. Immediately upon graduating from high school, he moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue an acting career. One month later, he landed the role of Achilles' cousin Patroclus in the major feature Troy (2004) opposite Brad Pitt. His next feature was Friday Night Lights (2004). starring Billy Bob Thornton, in which Garrett played a high-school football player. He then landed a starring role opposite Mark Wahlberg in Four Brothers (2005), playing one of four brothers whose mother is murdered. He also starred opposite Jeff Bridges and Olivia Wilde in Tron: Legacy (2010), the long-awaited sequel to the science-fiction cult classic Tron (1982).Acheron
Acheron is the enigmatic leader of the Dark-Hunters how to hone in their powers. First and oldest of their kind he teaches all new Dark-Hunters. Very little is known about Atlantean aside from his knowledge is vast and his understanding of the human heart is deep.
Even though he was the youngest when he died, Acheron was the first Dark-Hunter ever appointed. He is also the writer of the Dark-Hunter Creed and of the Code we abide by.
Because of his Dark-Hunter age and the fact that he fought the Daimons alone for thousands of years, he is more phantom than real. He interacts with the other Dark-Hunters on a whim, and his sage advice is often sought.
Eccentric and idiosyncratic to the extreme, he is a legend among legends. The Dark-Hunters never know what to expect when Acheron enters a scene. He runs the full gamut from friendly to intimidating to downright scary.
It is said of him that there has never been a mortal born who could equal his physical perfection. He possesses a raw, rare kind of charisma.
To look at him is to want him. To see him is to ache to touch him.
Artemis herself once said of him:
He had been built to please, and trained to pleasure. Everything about him from the sleek muscles that rippled to the deep, erotic timber in his voice seduced anyone who came into contact with him.
Like a lethal wild animal, he moved with a primal promise of danger and masculine power. With the promise of supreme sexual fulfillment.
No one knows why he became what he did. Then again, no one knows much about him. Period. And he likes it that way. Trying to get any personal information out if him is an impossible task.
No one even knows what his real hair color is.- British-born Esmé Bianco is an internationally-acclaimed actress and performer, best-known for her role as "Ros" in the Emmy Award-winning show, Game of Thrones (2011).
Degree-educated in Drama and Theatre Arts at London's Goldsmiths University; Bianco's acting career started with performances in music videos for the likes of Robbie Williams and Slayer, and UK television appearances on BBC and Channel 4; before she was cast as "Ros" in the pilot episode of HBO's "Game of Thrones".
Although originally cast in the pilot for only one scene opposite Peter Dinklage, Bianco's talent spoke volumes and changed the course of the series. Astounded by her single performance, executives boldly swayed from the books on which "Game of Thrones" is based, turning "Ros", a one-time guest star fabricated for the pilot into a series regular. Interestingly, after getting the series green light, the original pilot episode was totally re-shot with the exception of Bianco's first scene with Dinklage; a scene which garnered her a three-season run. "Game of Thrones" secured her a loyal fan base across the globe and her popularity continues to grow along with her rising film career.
Bianco has enjoyed a successful modeling career, fronting campaigns for luxury lingerie brands, such as Agent Provocateur, Modern Courtesan and Atsuko Kudo, and has traveled the world with her burlesque and cabaret shows, creating high octane performances for the likes of Sting, the Monte Carlo Grand Prix, W hotel, Ministry of Sound and Vanity Fair.
She lives in Los Angeles.Artemis
The daughter of Leto and Zeus, Artemis is the twin sister of Apollo. She is the goddess of the hunt, childbirth, fertility and plagues, and she is associated with the moon. Most modern legends portray her as a virginal goddess, however in ancient Greek writings she was a dichotomy. While she was called virginal and shown to be such in some works, she was also shown to be a lover of many Greek heroes including Orion and even of her own twin brother, Apollo.
In the context of the DH mythos, she is a primary goddess who rules over all the Dark-Hunters.
When the Apollites were cursed by Apollo, they were taken in by the goddess Apollymi who showed them how to steal human souls to circumvent Apollo’s decree. Now called Daimons, they turned against mankind. Apollo sought his sister’s aid in handling them. For reasons unknown, Artemis went to Acheron (common belief is that he was a renowned Atlantean hero whose bravery had caused him to be spared when Apollo cast the city into the ocean- we know this isn’t true, but propaganda reigns supreme) and convinced him to help her hunt down and destroy the Daimons who were preying on pregnant women and children. Those of us in the know, know that she did it to tie Acheron to her for eternity.
Neither Acheron nor Artemis has ever disclosed the exact nature of their relationship. In many ways, they act as if the other doesn’t exist. All that is known is that Acheron must seek her out whenever a Dark-Hunter wishes to reclaim his soul. Since no other Dark-Hunter is allowed in the goddess’s presence, Acheron is often sent in to ask her questions or to clarify her orders.
She is ruthlessly protective of her army and of Acheron. Her affinity for Acheron is sometimes an aggravation for certain Dark-Hunters who can’t understand why he alone is able to see her while any other man who dares such is put to death. She has placed her mark on all her Dark-Hunters and demands a sacrifice for each one who would seek his or her freedom. - Actress

Angelina Jolie is an Academy Award-winning actress who rose to fame after her role in Girl, Interrupted (1999), playing the title role in the "Lara Croft" blockbuster movies, as well as Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005), Wanted (2008), Salt (2010) and Maleficent (2014). Off-screen, Jolie has become prominently involved in international charity projects, especially those involving refugees. She often appears on many "most beautiful women" lists, and she has a personal life that is avidly covered by the tabloid press.
Jolie was born Angelina Jolie Voight in Los Angeles, California. In her earliest years, Angelina began absorbing the acting craft from her actor parents, Jon Voight, an Oscar-winner, and Marcheline Bertrand, who had studied with Lee Strasberg. Her good looks may derive from her ancestry, which is German and Slovak on her father's side, and French-Canadian, Dutch, Polish, and remote Huron, on her mother's side. At age eleven, Angelina began studying at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, where she was seen in several stage productions. She undertook some film studies at New York University and later joined the renowned Met Theatre Group in Los Angeles. At age 16, she took up a career in modeling and appeared in some music videos.
In the mid-1990s, Jolie appeared in various small films where she got good notices, including Hackers (1995) and Foxfire (1996). Her critical acclaim increased when she played strong roles in the made-for-TV movies True Women (1997), and in George Wallace (1997) which won her a Golden Globe Award and an Emmy nomination. Jolie's acclaim increased even further when she played the lead role in the HBO production Gia (1998). This was the true life story of supermodel Gia Carangi, a sensitive wild child who was both brazen and needy and who had a difficult time handling professional success and the deaths of people who were close to her. Carangi became involved with drugs and because of her needle-using habits she became, at the tender age of 26, one of the first celebrities to die of AIDS. Jolie's performance in Gia (1998) again garnered a Golden Globe Award and another Emmy nomination, and she additionally earned a SAG Award.
Angelina got a major break in 1999 when she won a leading role in the successful feature The Bone Collector (1999), starring alongside Denzel Washington. In that same year, Jolie gave a tour de force performance in Girl, Interrupted (1999) playing opposite Winona Ryder. The movie was a true story of women who spent time in a psychiatric hospital. Jolie's role was reminiscent of Jack Nicholson's character in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975), the role which won Nicholson his first Oscar. Unlike "Cuckoo," "Girl" was a small film that received mixed reviews and barely made money at the box office. But when it came time to give out awards, Jolie won the triple crown -- "Girl" propelled her to win the Golden Globe Award, the SAG Award and the Academy Award for best leading actress in a supporting role.
With her newfound prominence, Jolie began to get in-depth attention from the press. Numerous aspects of her controversial personal life became news. At her wedding to her Hackers (1995) co-star Jonny Lee Miller, she had displayed her husband's name on the back of her shirt painted in her own blood. Jolie and Miller divorced, and in 2000, she married her Pushing Tin (1999) co-star Billy Bob Thornton. Jolie had become the fifth wife of a man twenty years her senior. During her marriage to Thornton, the spouses each wore a vial of the other's blood around their necks. That marriage came apart in 2002 and ended in divorce. In addition, Jolie was estranged from her famous father, Jon Voight.
In 2000, Jolie was asked to star in Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001). At first, she expressed disinterest, but then decided that the required training for the athletic role was intriguing. The eponymous character was drawn from a popular video game. Lara Croft was a female cross between Indiana Jones and James Bond. When the movie was released, critics were unimpressed with the final product, but critical acclaim wasn't the point of the movie. The public paid $275 million for theater tickets to see a buffed up Jolie portray the adventuresome Lara Croft. Jolie's father Jon Voight appeared in the movie, and during filming there was a brief rapprochement between father and daughter.
One of the Lara Croft movie's filming locations was Cambodia. While there, Jolie witnessed the natural beauty, culture and poverty of that country. She considered this an eye opening experience, and so began the humanitarian chapter of her life. Jolie began visiting refugee camps around the world and came to be formally appointed as a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Some of her experiences were written and published in her popular book "Notes from My Travels" whose profits go to UNHCR.
Jolie has stated that she now plans to spend most of her time in humanitarian efforts, to be financed by her actress salary. She devotes one third of her income to savings, one third to living expenses and one third to charity. In 2002, Angelina adopted a Cambodian refugee boy named Maddox, and in 2005, adopted an Ethiopian refugee girl named Zahara. Jolie's dramatic feature film Beyond Borders (2003) parallels some of her real life humanitarian experiences although, despite the inclusion of a romance between two westerners, many of the movie's images were too depressingly realistic -- the movie was not popular among critics or at the box office.
In 2004, Jolie began filming Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005) with co-star Brad Pitt. The movie became a major box office success. There were rumors that Pitt and Jolie had an affair while filming Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Jolie insisted that because her mother had been hurt by adultery, she herself could never participate in an affair with a married man, therefore there had been no affair with Pitt at that time. Nonetheless, Pitt separated from his wife Jennifer Aniston in January 2005 and, in the months that followed, he was frequently seen in public with Jolie, apparently as a couple. Pitt's divorce was finalized later in 2005.
Jolie and Pitt announced in early 2006 that they would have a child together, and Jolie gave birth to daughter Shiloh that May. They also adopted a three-year-old Vietnamese boy named Pax. The couple, who married in 2014 and divorced in 2019, continue to pursue movie and humanitarian projects, and now have a total of six children. She was appointed Honorary Dame Commander of the Order of St. Michael and St. George at the 2014 Queen's Birthday Honours for her services to United Kingdom foreign policy and the campaign to end warzone sexual violence.Apollymi
The Goddess of Life, Death and Wisdom, Apollymi is the daughter of Chaos (the formless matter that birthed the universe) and Zenobi (the Atlantean north wind). She holds many epitaphs including: The Destroyer, The Bringer, The Giver, Biosia (Life), Thanata (Death), Magosa (Wisdom), and Fonia (The Killer).
Capricious and vain, she is the most powerful of all the Atlantean gods and can only be controlled by her half-brother and husband, Archon. She travels in the wind and can strike down her victims in an instant. It is said those who are about to die by her hand can glimpse her blond hair swirling in the mist a second before they die and at the instant of their death, the last vision they hold is her merciless pale swirling eyes.
A goddess of contradictions, she tends to be loving and kind in one breath and then brutal and cold in the next. No one, not even her husband, is safe from her wrath.
Fearful of her vindictive nature, the other Atlantean gods joined together and imprisoned her in Kalosis (a hellish plane between dimensions).
There are various legends that tell of her release. Some claim it is only by the sacrificial blood of an Atlantean that she can be freed, while others claim it is strictly the hand of her lost son Apostolos that can free her.
Because of her imprisonment, she, alone, escaped death when Atlantis was destroyed (at least that’s the tale the Greeks tell). Apollymi has a different version.
Now she sits in her prison, awaiting her release so that she can wreak her havoc across the earth and bring about Telikos–the end of the world as we know it.- Actress

"Hello, I’m the Simi and it is more than a name it is an attitude. I would tell you what Simi means, but then I’d have to kill you and though you are probably quite tasty, Akri gets all cranky when I snack on humans. Akri knows, but he’s not telling neither.
I have been with akri for a long, long time. How long? I don’t know. It’s something like dog years. What is a dog year? I had a dog once, but I ate him so he didn’t last a whole year. He snarled at me and I thought, hmmm, snarling dog…barbecue which leads me to my favorite food. Barbecued anything. I used to have a favorite kind of barbecue but akri says I can’t talk about that anymore and that it’s off the menu. He get real upset when the Simi talk about it so I don’t talk about it no more.
Where was I? Oh, I remember now. I protect akri, but he often says someone needs to protect him from me. I don’t know what he means by that. The Simi is a good protector. I eat anyone who annoys him. Anyone who don’t like akri…one word for them…barbecue. Sometimes toast would work, but I find toast too crispy so I prefer barbecue.
As for my favorite Squire, that Nicky is real nice. I don’t want to barbecue him. But he do look mighty tasty. Akri says I can’t say in public what I really want to do to him so I won’t. But he’s real nice to the Simi when she calls so I like him and I won’t make him barbecue.
My favorite time is now because now no one tries to tie me to a stake and make barbecued Simi. I did not like them people from long ago cause they would look at me and scream, then try to exorcise me. Exercising is good if you are Richard Simmons, but it is not good if you are the Simi. They did not like the Simi, so the Simi did not like them.
On that note, akri says the Simi has to sign off now or he will take away my plastic. I like my plastic–it make people do all kinds of nice things for the Simi. It gets me stuff. Akri also say if I don’t get offline he’ll turn off my QVC which would not make me happy and then I would have to barbecue akri. Since I am very attached to akri, I cannot kill him so I have to go now. Bye-bye."- Actor

"I’m what most people call poor white trash. My father was a career felon, my mother a stripper. I grew up in the back rooms of the strip club where she worked, helping the bouncers hustle clients.
I was in and out of trouble a lot as a kid and we won’t talk about how thick my juvenile record is. Thank God, they seal those things.
Anyway, I took the wrong turn down the right road one night when my “friends” decided to do something I knew I wouldn’t be able to live with. So instead, they damn near killed me. Next thing I know, Kyrian was there, and he saved my worthless life. He took me off the streets, gave me a legal job and got me back on the right track.
Though I find him offensively annoying 95% of the time, I owe him everything and I would die or kill to protect him and the rest of the Dark-Hunters."- Actress

Only Kat knows her origins and she’s not real big on sharing. A former handmaiden to Artemis, she now serves Apollymi whom she adores. She’s quick and deadly and lives to taunt any male she can find, especially Stryker. She has a soft spot for Simi and baby Eric. And she will fight to the death to protect anyone she loves.
There are those who believe she was born of the gods, but few are willing to question that. Some even claim she has powers stronger than Artemis. But again, only a fool would question it. One interesting tidbit is the tattoo she has on her stomach of a sun… some say it’s the mark of the Destroyer, others believe it’s the mark of Apostolos. Only Kat knows for sure and she’s not talking.- Elizabeth Ann Reaser was born July 2, 1975 in Bloomfield, Michigan, to Karen (Weidman) and John Reaser. As the middle child in a trio of sisters, she grew up in rural Milford, MI. Her mother, a homemaker, and her father, an attorney turned restaurateur turned substitute teacher, divorced, and her stepfather was businessman Bill Davidson. Through high school, Elizabeth worked several odd jobs, including being a caddie at a country club.
Elizabeth wanted to be an actor from childhood. She began college at Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan, but, after one year, yearned to leave the mid-west and expand her horizons. She applied (with her parent's blessing) to the Drama Division of The Juilliard School and was accepted. At Juilliard, she was awarded a Bachelor's of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in 1999.
She struggled at first, but soon found adequate representation, and a part on the daytime drama series, Guiding Light (1952). Since then, she has become an accomplished film, television, and stage actor, landing numerous supporting and leading roles, including Esme Cullen in the Twilight series.
In October 2004, Interview magazine hailed her as one of the "14 To Be" emerging creative women.Selena
The middle of the sisters, Selena is the wildest of the bunch. She lives her life fully and is truly outrageous.
She met Bill in high school, and they dated off and on all throughout college. Bill wasn’t sure he was ready to take on her antics for the rest of his life. But once they were arrested (for skinny dipping) and spent the night in jail, he was hooked. They were married three days later in a goat pasture (don’t ask).
Bill’s grateful he had the guts to marry her. And also A) that his father is loaded and B) that he went to law school. - Actor

Previous TV credits include starring roles in successful New Zealand productions "Shortland Street," "Street Legal," "Mataku," "Creature Of Quest," "Going Straight," and as Marc Antony opposite his "Spartacus" co-star Lucy Lawless in Tapert and Raimi's hit series "Xena: Warrior Princess."Savitar
Savitar is an interesting… something. No one, not even Acheron, is exactly sure what or who he is. The man likes to be a vague myth. But his calm exterior belies the turmoil beneath. He can be volatile and deadly. Some say he was born human while others deny there’s anything human about him at all. He is dangerous and mysterious. Truly he is a being unto himself. More powerful than Zeus, more wise than Solomon, he keeps his own company and prefers it that way. His most noted feature is that he has a large number of tattoos on his body.
Maybe one day we’ll actually know something more about him… maybe.- Actor

He was the commander who trained Kyrian of Thrace and once Kyrian attained his own command status, the two of them cut a trail of slaughter through the Mediterranean and nearly brought Rome to her knees.
Unfortunately, an act of brutal betrayal brought Julian into direct conflict with the Greek gods and caused him to be cursed into a scroll that was later bound into a book. For the rest of eternity, he is a sex slave whose only goal is to satisfy his summoner for the course of a month.
By the way, he’s very good at what he does…- Jai Courtney is an Australian actor. Talon is the son of a Druid High Priest and Celtic Queen. He, himself, was a High Chieftain in Britain who fought back invaders and secured his clan against any and all threats.
After the deaths of his aunt, uncle, wife and son over a short period of time, he was told that his ancient gods had cursed him. That they would plague his sister, his people and his lands so long as he lived. To appease the gods, he would have to be sacrificed to them.
Once his clan had Talon secured to the altar, they killed his sister before his eyes and then turned on him. He gladly ceded his soul for revenge against them.
Unlike the other Dark-Hunters, he is entirely detached from this world. Talon walks between this realm and the next with the help of Spirit Guides.
There are those who speculate that should he ever free his banished emotions, the volatile Celtic blood that flows through him will destroy not only him, but anyone near him.

Joseph Jason Namakaeha Momoa was born on August 1, 1979, in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is the son of Coni (Lemke), a photographer, and Joseph Momoa, a painter. His father is of Native Hawaiian and Samoan descent; and his mother, who is from Iowa, is of German, Irish, and Native American ancestry. Jason was raised in Norwalk, Iowa, by his mother. After high school, he moved to Hawaii, where he landed a lead role, beating out of thousands of hopefuls in the TV series Baywatch (1989) (known as "Baywatch Hawaii" in its 10th season). When the show ended, he spent the next couple of years traveling around the world. In 2001, he moved to Los Angeles, where he continued to pursue an acting career. In 2004, after the short-lived TV series North Shore (2004), he was cast as the popular character "Ronon Dex" in the TV series Stargate: Atlantis (2004), which achieved a cult-like following. In 2010, he appeared in the Emmy-nominated HBO series Game of Thrones (2011), playing the Dothraki king, Khal Drogo. To illustrate to the producers that he was Khal Drogo, he performed the Haka, a traditional war dance of the Maori of New Zealand. The audition was with the same casting director who was casting the titular role in the reboot of Conan the Barbarian (2011). Four weeks after being cast as the popular Robert E. Howard character, Momoa began shooting in Bulgaria. His approach, like that of the filmmakers, was to pull from the eight decades of comics and stories as well as the Frank Frazetta images rather than the hugely popular 1982 movie. Jason has a production company, Pride of Gypsies, in which he is expanding his career from actor to filmmaker. He has directed a couple of short films and is working on his feature film debut Road to Paloma (2014), which is pulled from a series of stories that he's been developing over the years, which he calls the Brown Bag Diaries: Ridin' the Blinds in B Minor (2010). Jason lives with his wife, actress Lisa Bonet, with whom he has two children, Lola and Nakoa-Wolf.Zerek of Moesia
Zarek was born the unwanted son of a Greek slave and a Roman senator. Moments after his birth, his mother gave him to a servant with orders to kill the infant. The servant took mercy on the child and took him to his father who had no more use for the baby than his mother had so Zarek became the whipping boy of a noble Roman family.
No one knows how he died or why he traded his soul- he keeps it as a well-guarded secret. He trusts no one. He seldom interacts with other Dark-Hunters and when he does, it is always grudgingly and with the utmost disdain for them.
Because of his steadfast denial to follow any orders (even those of Artemis) and his lack of regard for anyone other than himself, he is kept in isolation in Alaska where his activity is seriously limited and closely monitored. There are many who fear he will one day unleash his powers against the humans as well as the Daimons.- Sophia Jane Myles was born on March 18, 1980 in Hammersmith, London, England. Up next, Sophia was cast in the thriller Out of Bounds (2003)) as "Louise Thompson", about an awkward young girl in an English boarding school who falls in love with her American art teacher, who is married to the headmistress.
Later that same year, Sophia was cast in the big screen version of the English cult hit, Thunderbirds (2004). The son of a Roman Senator, Valerius became a Roman general by age 22. He led conquests throughout Greece, Gaul and Britannia. For a most obvious reason, he doesn’t play well with most Dark-Hunters and it is imperative we keep him far away from Kyrian, Kell, Zarek and Zoe.

Jensen Ross Ackles, better known as simply Jensen Ackles, was born on March 1, 1978, in Dallas, Texas, to Donna Joan (Shaffer) and actor Alan Ackles. He has English, German, and Scottish ancestry. Jensen grew up in Richardson, Texas, together with his older brother, Joshua, and a younger sister, Mackenzie. Jensen graduated from Dartmouth Elementary School in 1990, he graduated from Apollo Junior High School in 1993, and LV Berkner High School in 1996.
Jensen is a sports junkie. He loves football, lacrosse, baseball and basketball. He even played on the baseball and lacrosse teams in high school. The 6' 1" actor first started modeling when he was just 2 years old. When he turned 4, he started appearing in TV commercials for Nabisco, RadioShack and Wal-Mart. He caught the acting bug because he was mostly influenced by his father, who was an actor in Dallas. He used to watch his father study scripts, and that taught him a few things about the industry. During his later years in high school, he started taking theater classes, where he claimed he was the only "jock" in that department. When he was just a sophomore, a friend of Jensen had asked him to attend a local acting seminar. Two guys, Craig Wargo, and an agent, 'Michael Einfeld', were interested in Jensen's talent and wanted him to go to Los Angeles with them.
Jensen had to say no to the offer and admitted at one point, he thought they would forget about him but, eventually, when he went to Los Angeles, he still managed to get help from them. Prior to that, Jensen actually planned to study sports medicine at Texas Tech University and become a physical therapist, before he decided to move to Los Angeles to give acting a try. In 1996, he managed to secure guest roles on several TV shows, which included Wishbone (1995), Mr. Rhodes (1996) and Sweet Valley High (1994). Jensen's big break came when he was cast in the NBC soap opera, Days of Our Lives (1965), as Eric Brady in 1997. He won a Soap Opera Digest Award for Best Male Newcomer in 1998, and was nominated three times in 1998, 1999, and 2000 for a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series for his work on Days of Our Lives (1965). After spending about three years on a soap set, he left Days of Our Lives (1965) and went on to appear in the mini-series Blonde (2001), which was about the life of Marilyn Monroe, playing Eddie G. He also auditioned for the role of Clark Kent on Smallville (2001), but lost the part to Tom Welling, instead.
Not giving up hope, he went for a few auditions and managed to secure a guest role on the popular James Cameron TV series, Dark Angel (2000), as serial killer Ben/X5-493, the brother of main character Max/X5-452, who was played by Jessica Alba. His character died in the episode, but Jensen eventually returned to the show as a regular in the second season as Ben's clone, Alec/X5-494 and continued on until the show's cancellation in 2002. In 2003, he joined the cast of Dawson's Creek (1998), playing the role of C.J., Jen Lindley's lover. He also filmed episodes of the TV series, Still Life (2003), playing the role of Max Morgan, not knowing that the series was actually dropped. He also had a small role in the short film, The Plight of Clownana (2004), playing the role of Jensen. That same year, he was offered the part of Eliza Dushku's love interest on the second season of Tru Calling (2003). Jensen, however, turned down the role which was later offered to another actor, Eric Christian Olsen. He was subsequently cast on Smallville (2001), as Assistant football coach Jason Teague, the new love interest of Lana Lang. In 2005, Jensen managed to earn a lead role in the movie, Devour (2005), playing the role of Jake Gray. Jensen also earned the opportunity to work his father, actor Alan Ackles, who happened to play his character's father, Paul Kilton. The movie, however, received mixed reviews from the public.
That same year, Jensen joined the cast of the CW series, Supernatural (2005), where he plays the role of Dean Winchester. Dean and his brother Sam, who is played by Jared Padalecki, are brothers who drive throughout the United States hunting paranormal predators, sometimes with their father, John Winchester, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan. It was reported that the creator of the show, Eric Kripke, mentioned that the show will last for a maximum of five seasons. In 2006, Jensen took on a role in the Independently filmed comedy/drama movie, Ten Inch Hero (2007), which explores the theme of honesty and the flaw of judging by appearances. In 2007 the film began a limited run at number of film festivals including the Newport Beach Film Festival, Phoenix Film Festival and the Santa Cruz Film Festival but never made it into major mainstream theatrical release. In the Spring of 2008 Ten Inch Hero was released onto DVD exclusively through Blockbuster. Jensen however, received high praise for his work as Priestly, who one of the movie's more quirky characters.
From June 5-10 in 2007 Jensen had his professional stage debut as Lt. Daniel Kaffee in "A Few Good Men" at Casa Manana Theatre in Fort Worth, Texas, working along side Lou Diamond Phillips. This proved to be another successful acting venture for Jensen, as critics were impressed with his work in this role. During his free time, Jensen enjoys golfing, horseback riding, scuba diving and photography. He is also a big fan of country music. His favorite musician is Garth Brooks. He even sang back-up vocals on good friend Steve Carlson's albums "Spot in the Corner" and "Rollin' On." In the summer of 2008 Jensen traveled to Kittaning, PA to film the horror/thriller movie, My Bloody Valentine (2009), which was filmed in the cutting edge Real D technology, Jensen played the lead role of Tom Hanniger and starred alongside Jaime King and Kerr Smith.
Jensen splits his time between Vancouver, British Columbia where he films Supernatural (2005) and his home in Austin, Texas.Fang Kattalakis

Best known for his portrayal of troubled high school football star "Tim Riggins" on NBC's acclaimed television series, Friday Night Lights (2006), actor Taylor Kitsch has scored big with audiences and critics on both the big and small screens.
Taylor Kitsch was born on April 8, 1981 in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, to Susan (Green), who worked for the BC Liquor Board, and Drew Kitsch, who worked in construction. He grew up in Vancouver. During his childhood, he aspired to become an actor, which eventually was the real reason behind his move to New York. There, Taylor pursued his dreams by studying the art of acting with coach Sheila Grey. Not too long after that, Taylor was cast in several film and television roles, such as John Tucker Must Die (2006), Snakes on a Plane (2006) and Kyle XY (2006).
Moving to New York in 2002 was the prize that Taylor received after being scouted by modeling scouts in Canada. Taylor was signed to "IMG Models" and became a regular face for the famous clothing lines, "Abercrombie & Fitch" and also "Diesel". Taylor was also signed under "Untitled Entertainment" during his two years stay in the city. While Taylor was living in New York, he found time to become a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. In the year 2004, Taylor decided that it was time for him to move to Los Angeles to learn more about the acting course. Taylor stayed in Los Angeles for about eight months and did some print work with "Nous Modeling Management". It wasn't too long until Taylor realized that he didn't want to be in Los Angeles. Taylor thought that things were running a little bit too fast for him, then making the decision to move back to Vancouver for the summer of 2005 to spend more time with his family. In 2006, Taylor then signed with "Endeavour".
What shot him to bigger fame was his role in the movie, The Covenant (2006), with actors Steven Strait, Toby Hemingway and Chace Crawford. In the stylish thriller from Lakeshore Entertainment and Sony Screen Gems, four young witches do battle with a powerful, centuries-old supernatural force. In "The Covenant", fans got to know who Taylor really is. Even though the movie wasn't as successful as people hoped it would be, Taylor became more recognized since acting in the movie. In the movie, fans also got to see a more fit and toned version of Taylor.
Fortunately, after "The Covenant", casting directors from the football teen drama, Friday Night Lights (2006), saw the talent that Taylor had. They eventually hired Taylor to play the role of "Tim Riggins", one of the Dillon Panthers' main players. On "Friday Night Lights", Taylor managed to show his acting skills to fans and television critics who were very impressed with Taylor's acting skills. USA Today called the series "one of the best-acted, best-written, best-produced shows on television". After receiving fame and gaining a big fan base from "Friday Night Lights", Taylor received the acting publicity he had always been waiting for.
During the show's summer hiatus, Taylor filmed the feature Gospel Hill (2008), alongside Julia Stiles, Danny Glover, Angela Bassett and Samuel L. Jackson. Directed by Giancarlo Esposito, the film focuses on the bigoted former sheriff of a southern town and a one-time civil rights worker whose intersecting lives are still haunted by events that took place decades earlier. Old wounds are reopened as residents of a black neighborhood are forced out of their homes to make way for a multi-million dollar development.
In February 2008, he signed on to play "Gambit" in the "X-Men" franchise spin-off, X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009). He subsequently starred in the films The Bang Bang Club (2010), John Carter (2012), Battleship (2012), and Savages (2012). Despite being famous, Taylor is still a very humble guy and has said that he'd prefer to skip the whole tabloid craze.
