- RegistaWilliam A. GrahamStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonEd LauterWhen a space shuttle mission is sabotaged, Mulder suspects it may be the work of an alien spirit that inhabits the body of a former Gemini astronaut. No surprise here, this episode just wasn't very entertaining or frightening.
6/10 - RegistaDavid NutterStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonChristopher AllportThe consciousness of a dangerous criminal possesses an FBI agent who is also Scully's ex-boyfriend.No comment on this episode.
6.5/10 - RegistaMichael LangeStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonDick Anthony WilliamsA criminal believed to have died in a prison years earlier wages a vendetta against Mulder. This episode wasn't very bad, it was just rather boring.
7/10 - RegistaMichael LangeStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonR.D. CallThe agents investigate a ministry led by a man whose son possesses the power to heal, and to kill, with a touch of his hand.I found this episode rather cheesy. The best part about it was how we learned more about Mulder's sister. Also, The villain plot-twist wasn't really a surprise.
7/10 - RegistaDavid NutterStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonTy MillerA creature, possibly from Native American lore, is suspected of killing a man, bringing Mulder and Scully to the Indian reservation where the attack occurred in order to uncover its identity.Stupid were-wolfs.
7.5/10 - RegistaLarry ShawStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonAmanda PaysMulder and Scully join forces with an inspector from Scotland Yard when a man with pyrokinetic powers stalks members of the British aristocracy. The thing about this episode was it followed two of the best, and I had rather high expectations for it. I was not satisfied at all.
7.5/10 - RegistaJoe NapolitanoStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonClaire StansfieldMulder and Scully track a legendary creature that has roamed the New Jersey countryside for over 40 years. No comment here as well.
7.5/10 - RegistaJerrold FreedmanStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonJerry HardinOn Halloween, Mulder and Scully investigate the death of a corporate executive who may have been murdered by a thinking computer. This is one of the many episodes dealing with AI. It is not one of the good ones.
7.5/10 - RegistaDaniel SackheimStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonJerry HardinMulder and Scully investigate the mysterious case of a military test pilot who disappeared after experiencing strange psychotic behaviour.A lot of people liked this episode. I thought it was boring.
7.5/10 - RegistaJerrold FreedmanStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonBrian MarkinsonAn 8-year-old girl is the prime suspect in a series of bizarre, seemingly unrelated deaths.a meh. episode.
8/10 - RegistaRob BowmanStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonBrent HinkleyA religious sect becomes the prime suspect in a murder spree. This was probably one of the weirder episodes of this season. To put it in simple terms: aliens that change gender and kill people. In a very odd way.
8/10 - RegistaHarry LongstreetStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonDoug HutchisonMulder and Scully search for a humanoid killer whose savage murder spree reoccurs every 30 years. This episode was pretty good. Tooms was better, though.
8/10 - RegistaDaniel SackheimStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonCarrie SnodgressMulder becomes obsessed with solving a case that closely parallels an "encounter" he experienced as a child. This episode was very good. That's about all I can say about it.
8/10 - RegistaMichael KatlemanStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonBarry PrimusMulder and Scully investigate the deaths of two men believed to have been killed by a powerful psychokinetic force.Under-appreciated.
8.5/10 - RegistaRobert MandelStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonCharles CioffiAgent Dana Scully is instructed to debunk an FBI project dubbed "The X-Files," paranormal cases that have been reopened by Agent Fox Mulder. It's the pilot. What else can I say.
8.5/10. - RegistaR.W. GoodwinStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonLindsey GinterDeep Throat tips Mulder to a critically important case involving a missing fugitive and the cloning of extraterrestrial viruses. This episode wasn't as good as everyone thinks it was, in my opinion. However, it was still entertaining.
8.5/10 - RegistaLarry ShawStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonFrederick CoffinThe future of the X-Files project is jeopardized after Mulder secretly infiltrates the government cover-up of a UFO crash.Great mythology episode.
9/10 - RegistaWilliam A. GrahamStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonJerry HardinMulder and Scully become the focus of a disinformation campaign when they attempt to trace the government's secret transport of an alien life form.Another great mythology episode.
9/10 - RegistaJoe NapolitanoStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonJason BegheA group of loggers working in a remote forest unearths thousands of deadly insectlike creatures that paralyze and cocoon their victims. Scully, Mulder and a few others end up trapped there.A classic monster-of-the-week.
9/10 - RegistaDavid NutterStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonDoug HutchisonEugene Tooms, a supernatural killer whom Mulder helped incarcerate, is released on parole. This episode was really good. Better than Squeeze, and super disturbing. The part where he got ripped apart by the escalator remains, to this day, one of the most disturbing TV moments of all time to me. And then I watch the season 4 episode "Home."
9.5/10 - RegistaDavid NutterStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonBrad DourifScully believes that the psychic predictions of a death row inmate are the only hope in the kidnapping of two college students.Another emotional, creepy episode.
9.5/10 - RegistaDavid NutterStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonZeljko IvanekWhen scientists at an aeronautics lab die under mysterious circumstances, the agents suspect a mentally challenged janitor may be the culprit.Holy crap this episode was emotional. And good. And had the BEST acting.
9.5/10 - RegistaDavid NutterStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonXander BerkeleyMulder and Scully are sent to investigate when a team of geophysicists stationed at a remote Alaskan outpost are killed by a parasitic alien life form. It's no surprise this episode is so high on the list.
10/10 - RegistaFred GerberStelleDavid DuchovnyGillian AndersonHarriet Sansom HarrisMulder and Scully search for two missing girls who disappeared after their fathers were murdered in an identical fashion. This episode messed me up, it was so disturbing.
