Boni is half Japanese half Caucasian and she can do her own stunts as Jill become Superhuman in RE5.
Only difference is Jill loses pigmentation by the virus (she then blonde and pasty skinned) and she get 3 inches taller. From 5'5" (Same as Boni), Jill is now 5'8".

Albert Wesker
Wesker was originally 6' but because of the Virus enhancing his body he grew to 6'3". Zaror is 6'1.5" so he fits in between and he would need elevated boots for when Wesker become infected.
Wesker is Caucasian and Zaror I think is Hispanic.
But dye his hair blonde he could pull it off.

Barry Burton
Big tough guy, about 6'1 and has voice perfect for hard man. Jones is perfect for Burton.

Rebecca Chambers
5'3", dark haired and a cute face. Yeah, I think I've found my perfect Rebecca.

Billy Coen
My original choice for the character was Avan Jogia because they were both 5'11" tall, had light tanned skin and long dark hair. However I looked into the character and found that Coen (normally spelt Cohen) is a Jewish Hebrew name meaing: "Priest". So I thought British-American Jewish Actor Gavron would better suited he also resembled Avan Jogia if you watch him as Farid in Inkheart.

William Birkin
He wasn't very physical with Cyclops except from a minor fist fight with the cops which wasn't very clear. However I think he can pull off the William Birkin. Just picture him with the hair style and clothes.

Young James Marcus
When James Marcus is assassinated by Wesker and Birkin. He is ressurected by the Queen Leech and Wreak Havoks. He is the main antagonists of RE zero and the real reason the Arklay Mountains had reports of murders and Cannibalism. He wanted vengence against Umbrella.
I remembet Castle in Young Dracula as the Count Dracula. He generally has long hair and is tall as McKellen so he would look very much like James Marcus.

James Marcus
Old man that's 5'11" and a genius antagonist. Ian McKellen already has mastered this with Magneto. I would love to see him do this with resident evil's James Marcus

Leon Scott Kennedy
Something about Leon is similar to Dante from Devil May Cry. It could be Langdon might have motion captured Leon as well.
Even if he didn't be would do well for Leon.

Claire Redfield
Chloe is a skilled stunt woman, her facial features and dark brown hair reminds me of Claire Redfield.

Ada Wong
Lee was Wong's Motion Capture. I think she's got the moves and the charm to get Leon wrapped around her finger.

HUNK
Human Unit Never Killed. Nothing is known about this guy he is RE's version of SF's Q. Salmon is very tall 6'4", has memorable voice and is physically able. I've seen him in AVP and the Original RE film Series. He is One of the only cast from Andersons series that I liked.

Sherry Birkin
Sherry Birkin REturns is RE6 as Jake's ally. Optimistic, cheerful, sweet, cute and can kick plenty of ass. Amy is perfect for her.

Annette Birkin
I needed a actress that resembled Amy Johnston but looked close to James Marsden's age.

Carlos Oliviera
Oliviera is from South America, presumably Brazil. His surname is Portuguese but his appearance looks as tho he is of Indigenous or Pardo descent.

Mikhail Victor
Both Russian, 5'10", similar facial features and I think Mashkov can train for the role.

Nikolai Zinoviev
Looking at him he looks a lot like Nikolai. Hopefull he is 6'2" or close to height.

Nemesis T-Type
When you see a 7'7", super human zombie with a rocket launcher heading your way you're gonna think: well, I'm *beep*

Ashley Graham
Ashley is President Graham's daughter. Leon has to protect her in RE4. Interestingly according to RE gameplay, Ashely can perform a Suplex on Zombies.

Luis Sera
Luis is a Spanish Biologist who aids Leon in RE4. Alex is of Spanish descent and he even had long hair like Luis in X-men: First Class.

Ingrid Hannigan
Summer is a bit younger. But I think she could get away with Ingrid. Also Ingrid is also a bit tanned so she might be mixed race like summer.

Osmund Saddler.
Banderas is Spanish like Saddler and is of similar age. Albeit he does look younger.

Jack Krauser
Adkins is an astonishing Martial artist and stunt actor. In Expendables II he showed excellent knife and fighting skills as Hector. He also has performed many Double footed Drop Kicks similar to Krauser.

Sheva Alomar
Considering Sheva is capable of Flash Kicking. I think stunt woman Rochelle Okoye should take up the role. In addition to her skills. Rochelle is of half Nigerian origin which matches the fact that Sheva is of West African origin.
