This is not the best vampire film of all time but it was revolutionary. This did for vampire/werewolves movies what 28 Days Later did for zombie films.

I honestly am debating moving it higher on the list. Right now I suggest you watch it not only because of the neat storyline, but also because it is one of the few black and white movies I can watch all the way through and still come out feeling like I live in 2016. I will be watching it again with fresh eyes and making adjustments as needed.

I finally gave in because it is simply a great vampire film even though it is a comedy. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
