This is for sure the best produced episode in Fairly OddParents. It pays a homage to the roots of cartoons in a fun and nostalgic way similar to Mickey's short films back in the 20s and 30s. The best episode with Vicky and the episode kind of sets itself up more like a feature film than a episode. Best villain is introduced and sadly only appearance. This episode is what really started to wake the creativity in the show again. Back to the roots of fairies being hunted even in other realms. In this fun episode we kind of get a little more character development on Vicky and Timmy's dad just continues to be a dumb idiot. I like this episode a lot for it's creativity and the fun side plot with Poof. Timmy is rather likeable in this episode but man does his parents annoy me, poor kid.
