Out of all the final destination films this one boasts the most original death scenes ( a close second is final destination 3 (which also has a great dvd option where you pick who lives or dies )).

Lorna is chained naked hanging upside down above an empty bath which is in the centre of the room.
Two henchmen walk around with blow torches, lighting white candles surrounding the bath and the walls.
They exit slamming the heavily reinforced door.
In comes Mrs Bathory, dressed in a royal red cloak and matching high heels. She disrobes, enters the bath and lays down fully naked with her head resting on a plush pillow.
Beside her is a scythe, she lifts it up and begins to playfully scratch Lorna's naked body. She proceeds to cut the mouth gag from her face and revel in her cries for mercy. Content at her despair she begins to hack and slice away at Lorna. As the blood begins to poor down, Mrs Bathory opens her mouth to catch the dripping blood. Philips little outing as a human marionette hanging from the veins in his arms and feet.

The Jennifer scene "Who gives a fvck what you think" TV turns to static and white noise. Mechanical arms pop out the side of the TV, Freddy's head sticks out the top with the antennas on his head and says: "This is it Jennifer, your big break in TV" , "Welcome to prime time bitch"

Taryn scene, she is in an alleyway with her knifes at the ready. Freddy shows up and greets her "Welcome home Taryn, look familiar?"

alternately you can pick this choice for the toilet scene everyone loves. Jared has a field day in those toilets. wall to wall diarrhoea. BOOM goes the dynamite!!!

When Duncan stops Phil just before the elevator doors close. Duncan realises he's been screwed when Phil says: "I'm good, you.. You got no poker face, your a pussy. Milos and Vukmir are watching a video. A woman is lying on a wooden table in labour. A doctor enters the shot and proceeds to deliver the baby, at which point a man takes his trousers down picks up the new born baby and rapes it.

One other scene with Milos' wife and son might come to mind but I think I have described enough disturbing material for one film.
