1993 Serbia is a place torn by hyperinflation and economic disaster. Milan, an avid fan of FC Partizan, lives with his painter friend and makes money by selling his paintings to the "new elite". He meets a nice girl who works a phone-sex hotline and the two eventually fall in love. Another friend of his is a treasury guard in a bank governed by a shady lady known as "Serbian mother", notorious for cheating the thousands of creditors. The couple plans to rob the bank and run away to a remote sunny island with palms.

In this light, fluffy comedy, a low-level clerk cannot make ends meet because his brood is in no way economically cooperative: his daughter is a lawyer looking for work, unsuccessfully; his son is a would-be astronomer who wants to spend his life studying without working; and his other son wants his own wheels. It is enough to send a father to the lottery, or to the soccer pool.

After car crash with some Turk, Pantic gets the idea to build a motel for all Turks who traveling through Yugoslavia. Sojic wants to thwart the plan, and tells the Turk in confidence that Pantic is gay. However, the Turk is also gay.

Dimitrije Pantic loses his suitcase with business projects in an overcrowded bus, only to find a similar one - yet full of foreign currencies. This money turns his life upside down, but it also influences other people's ambitions.

On the 35th anniversary of his company, Dimitrije Pantic gets a plaque and watch as a present instead of well-deserved promotion he was hoping for. Meanwhile, his highly corrupt boss Srecko Sojic plans to ruin the company with his business partners and sell it on auction, which would provide him with money. For being a "troubled element", Pantic loses his job at the company and finds a new one as a private detective, accidentally discovering Sojic's intentions on the first day of work.

On his way to visit his father, a young Nemanja was caught in a heavy rain, so he decides to seek lodging for the night in nearby motel. The place happens to be notorious as a meeting place of bad, dangerous and weird people.

A homophobic Serbian gangster is forced to make a deal with wedding planner gay activist, to assemble a team which will protect the upcoming Pride Parade in Belgrade, and in exchange his fiancée can get her dream wedding.

The plot follows the story of Zona Zamfirova (Katarina Radivojevic), a local rich man's daughter, and the vicissitudes of her affair with Mane (Vojin Cetkovic), an ordinary goldsmith. As it was undesirable for the daughter of a rich man to marry a craftsman, the two are at first divided, with the possibility of Zona marrying the son of other rich people, Manulac. Everything is, however, changed as Mane organizes a successful conspiracy to keep Zona for himself.

The story takes place in Nis, towards the end of the nineteenth century, during the calm down of the stormy historic events which led to final liberation of southern Serbian parts from Turkish occupation. The comedy is about celebrating traditional saint's day feast, organized by Ivko and how his guests test the Serbian hospitality.

Radovan III is a "serious comedy" about the life of a man brought into the city, the apartment on the 12th floor, the skyscraper, which is actually "vertical street". From the homeland - villages, fields, forests ... woke up one day closer to heaven than earth. And there, like a bird without wings, trying to change her life, to adapt, to adjust, accept all that he has never been close, tormenting himself and all with whom he lives, repeatedly - in vain! Radovan is a story about people who were left stranded on the life of "country" and moved into an apartment (cage) a myriad of buildings, skyscrapers... on our densely populated planet.
