"Operation Swift Retort" is an animated self-promoted Pakistani film directed, animated, produced, and written by DJ Kamal Mustafa. The film's title references the official name given to a Pakistan Air Force (PAF) operation by PAF Chief Mujahid Anwar Khan. The film is based on true events that occurred on February 26 and 27, 2019, exposing India's Balakot drama and the Jabba forest, the site where the Indian Air Force dropped its payload. On February 26, 2019, the Indian Air Force (IAF) violated Pakistani airspace, dropping a payload in the Jabba forest. Indian media claimed 350 terrorists were killed, but Pakistan Military Director General ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor reported no human casualties. The film reflects this, showing only the loss of a beautiful forest, a few crows, and trees. Following the incursion, the Pakistani Army held a meeting and decided on a response to the Indian aggression. The next day, when the IAF again violated Pakistani airspace, the PAF shot down two Indian jets in an operation named "Operation Swift Retort." The film's production started in May 2019 in Karachi, Pakistan, and was completed in two months. It is available online for public viewing on YouTube. DJ Kamal Mustafa dedicates the film to Squadron Leader Hassan Siddiqui and Nauman Ali Khan, who shot down a MiG-21 and Sukhoi-30 from a JF-17 Thunder, as well as to the spokesperson of the Pakistan Armed Forces Major General Asif Ghafoor, Chief of the Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa, and Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan. The film also depicts the capture of Indian pilot Abhinandan Varthamanan, who was ejected after his MiG-21 was shot down by the PAF.

Through phone call tracking and CCTV footage analysis, Rangers locate the terrorists and dispatch a convoy to their Karachi hideout. This group of five terrorists, funded by a neighboring country, receives logistical support from the militant wing of a Karachi political party. Upon reaching the terrorists' location, Ranger's face gunfire but swiftly neutralize the threat within two minutes. All terrorists are killed, the explosive bus is recovered, and a substantial cache of weapons and ammunition is seized from the hideout.
