Janelle Monáe is an American musical recording artist, actress and model signed to their own imprint, Wondaland Arts Society, and Atlantic Records.

They were born in Kansas City, Kansas, to Janet, a janitor, and Michael Robinson Summers, a truck driver. In 2010, Monáe released her first full-length studio album, The ArchAndroid. In March 2012, "We Are Young" by Fun., on which Monáe appears as a guest vocalist, reached number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, their first appearance in the US Top 10. Monáe's music has garnered them six Grammy Award nominations.

Monáe has excelled at film acting and picking roles, having had major parts in Moonlight (2016), Hidden Figures (2016), Lady and the Tramp (2019) and Harriet (2019). In 2020, they played the lead in the horror film Antebellum (2020).

London-based Gwendoline Christie is one of the most exciting and unique British actresses working today, having caught the industry's attention with her Emmy and Critics' Choice nominated role in the global hit HBO series "Game of Thrones." During her time on the show, she was also nominated alongside the rest of the cast for a Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Ensemble in a Drama Series in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2020.

Christie joined "Game of Thrones" in 2012 during the show's second season and was nominated in 2019 for an Emmy and Critics' Choice Award for Supporting Actress, Drama Series for her iconic role as the warrior Brienne of Tarth. Most recently, Christie can be seen as principal of Nevermore Academy Larissa Weems in Tim Burton's Netflix series "Wednesday" alongside Jenna Ortega as Wednesday, Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia Adams and Luis Guzmán as Gomez Addams. The show debuted at #1 on Netflix in 83 countries around the world and set the record for most hours viewed in a week for an english-language series on the streaming platform. Christie can also be seen as Lucifer in Netflix's "The Sandman" based on Neil Gaiman's DC Comics series. The show debuted at #1 on Netflix's Top 10 rankings the week of its release. Christie also starred in Peter Strickland's "Flux Gourmet" which was released in June 2022 and was nominated for seven British Independent Film Awards including Best Ensemble.

In the summer of 2019, Christie played Titania in Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Bridge Theatre in London. She appeared in Gabriela Cowperthwaite's "The Friend", alongside Jason Segel and Dakota Johnson, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2019. In January 2020, she appeared in the film adaptation of Charles Dickens' "The Personal History of David Copperfield", alongside Dev Patel and Tilda Swinton.

In 2018, Christie appeared in the Robert Zemeckis film "The Women of Marwen" alongside Steve Carell and Diane Kruger. She also starred in Peter Strickland's film "In Fabric", which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2018.

In 2017, Christie starred alongside Nicole Kidman and Elizabeth Moss in the second season of director Jane Campion's Sundance show "Top of the Lake: China Girl." The show received rave reviews and a 2018 Golden Globe nomination for Best Television Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television. That same year, Christie was seen in the highly anticipated film "Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi". The film was directed by Rian Johnson and Christie returned as the franchise's first female villain, Captain Phasma, alongside Daisy Ridley, John Boyega and Oscar Isaac. Christie first appeared in the beloved sci-fi franchise by starring in "Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens" (2015) alongside John Boyega, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Lupita Nyong'o and Domhnall Gleeson, who joined the original stars of the saga, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker.

Christie's notable theatre credits include: Doctor Fauster in 2010 playing the role of Lucifer as well as the Theatre Royal Haymarket's Breakfast at Tiffany's as Mag Wildwood in 2009 and the Queen in Shakespeare's romance Cymbeline in 2007. Her feature film debut came in 2009 with a supporting role in "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus", directed by Terry Gilliam who she worked with again in "Zero Theorem". Additional film credits include Fox's The Darkest Minds and "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2".

Christie graduated from Drama Centre London in 2005 and has also modelled for several fashion houses over the years.

A whiz-kid with special effects, Robert is from the Spielberg camp of film-making (Steven Spielberg produced many of his films). Usually working with writing partner Bob Gale, Robert's earlier films show he has a talent for zany comedy (Romancing the Stone (1984), 1941 (1979)) and special effect vehicles (Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988) and Back to the Future (1985)). His later films have become more serious, with the hugely successful Tom Hanks vehicle Forrest Gump (1994) and the Jodie Foster film Contact (1997), both critically acclaimed movies. Again, these films incorporate stunning effects. Robert has proved he can work a serious story around great effects.

Leslie Zemeckis is a best-selling author, actress, and award-winning documentarian. Critically acclaimed films include "Behind the Burly Q," the true story of old-time burlesque in America which ran on Showtime. The award-winning "Bound by Flesh" about conjoined twin Daisy and Violet Hilton, and the award-winning "Mabel, Mabel, Tiger Trainer" chronicling the extraordinary world of the first female tiger trainer, Mabel Stark, in the early part of the 20th century and her award-winning film "Grandes Horizontales" about the lives and loves of the 19th Century courtesans in Paris has won numerous Best Documentary awards at festivals throughout the world and will soon be streaming.

Zemeckis is the author of three best-sellers, "Behind the Burly Q," the definitive oral history of burlesque, "Goddess of Love Incarnate; the Life of Stripteuse Lili St. Cyr" and "Feuding Fan Dancers" (an SCIBA finalist for best bio of the year), about Sally Rand, Faith Bacon and the golden age of the showgirl. She is currently at work writing about the January 2018 debris flow tragedy in Montecito.

Steve Carell, one of America's most versatile comics, was born Steven John Carell on August 16, 1962, in Concord, Massachusetts. He is the son of Harriet Theresa (Koch), a psychiatric nurse, and Edwin A. Carell, an electrical engineer. His mother was of Polish descent and his father of Italian and German ancestry (Steve's grandfather had changed the surname from "Caroselli" to "Carell"). Steve was educated at The Fenn School, an all-boys private school in Concord, Massachusetts, then at Middlesex School in Concord. After graduating from Denison University in Granville, Ohio, he moved to Chicago where he taught an improvisational comedy class and performed with The Second City troupe, alongside Stephen Colbert.

Carell made his film debut as "Tesio" in Curly Sue (1991). In 1996, he became a cast member of The Dana Carvey Show (1996), and provided the voice for Gary, opposite Colbert in "The Ambiguously Gay Duo". This animated short series produced by Robert Smigel continued on Saturday Night Live (1975), but Carell has joked that he auditioned for SNL and lost the job to Will Ferrell. Carell made a number of guest appearances on such shows as Come to Papa (2004), Just Shoot Me! (1997), and Watching Ellie (2002), before landing a regular stint as a correspondent on The Daily Show (1996) from 1999 until 2005.

Carell played Evan Baxter opposite Jim Carrey in Bruce Almighty (2003), and Uncle Arthur opposite Nicole Kidman and Will Ferrell in Bewitched (2005). He broke out as a leading man after starring in the summer box-office hit The 40-Year-Old Virgin (2005), which he also co-wrote; the film was chosen as one of the Top Ten movies of 2006 by the American Film Institute. In 2008, he re-united with Jim Carrey in the highly successful animation hit Horton Hears a Who! (2008), then appeared as Agent Maxwell Smart in the popular comedy Get Smart (2008).

Throughout this time, Carell maintained a successful career in television, starring as Michael Scott in the American remake of the Britain's existential comedy, The Office (2005). He received the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in Television Comedy for this leading role in 2006, and earned both Emmy and Golden Globe nominations each consecutive show until he departed in 2011.

In 2010, Carell announced he was leaving "The Office" to concentrate on his film career, and has made steady appearance in such films as Date Night (2010), Despicable Me (2010), Crazy, Stupid, Love. (2011), and Seeking a Friend for the End of the World (2012). Carell's most recent roles are the comedies Despicable Me 2 (2013), Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013), and Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day (2014), and the drama Foxcatcher (2014), and the more serious Beautiful Boy (2018) and Vice (2018).

Steve Carell has been enjoying a happy family life with his wife, actress Nancy Carell, whom he met when she was a student in an improv class he was teaching at The Second City comedy troupe in Chicago. The couple have two children, daughter Elizabeth (born in May 2001), and son John (born in June 2004). Steve Carell lives with his family in Los Angeles, California.

Diane Kruger was born Diane Heidkrüger in Algermissen, near Hildesheim, Germany, to Maria-Theresa, a bank employee, and Hans-Heinrich Heidkrüger, a computer specialist. She studied ballet with the Royal Ballet in London before an injury ended her career. She returned to Germany and became a top fashion model. She later pursued acting and relocated to Paris at the suggestion of filmmaker Luc Besson (The Fifth Element (1997)). She married French actor Guillaume Canet (The Beach (2000)) in 2001.

Leslie Jean Mann was born in San Francisco, California. She was raised in Newport Beach, California by her mother, Janet Ann Ayres. At the age of seventeen, she launched her career, appearing in various TV commercials.

Her screen break came when she was cast as Nurse Mary in the short-lived Birdland (1994). Further TV and film roles followed, including The Cable Guy (1996), where she met her husband, Judd Apatow, who was a producer on the film. The story goes that after Mann left her audition for the role, Apatow turned to his colleagues and said "there goes the future Mrs. Apatow".

Further successes followed for Mann in such projects as George of the Jungle (1997) and The 40-Year-Old Virgin (2005). She also appeared alongside her daughters - Maude Apatow and Iris Apatow - in Knocked Up (2007), Funny People (2009) and This Is 40 (2012).

Stefanie von Pfetten, aka Stefanie Baroness Christina von Pfetten, is a Canadian film and television actress of German descent.

von Pfetten was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. After high school, she went to Vienna, Austria. Later, she studied Art history in Munich, Bavaria. For a small time, she worked for Sotheby's in Vienna. Back in Vancouver, Stefanie decided to became an actress. She is perhaps best known for her roles as "Lilly" in the sci fi-horror film, Decoys (2004), and Captain Marcia "Showboat" Case in the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica (2004) series and a series lead as "Dr. Daniella Ridley" in CBC's Cracked (2013).

She coaches privately and studies with famed Hollywood acting coach Ivana Chubbuck.

Judd Apatow is an American film director, screenwriter, producer and comedian. He directed The 40-Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up, This is 40, Funny People, Trainwreck and The King of Staten Island. He also developed the television shows Freaks and Geeks, Undeclared, Girls, Love and Crashing. He is married to Leslie Mann and has two children.

An industry veteran with over 50 years of experience in Hollywood, Ron Meyer's tenure at NBCUniversal included a consistent stream of worldwide box office hits. During his time as President and Chief Operating Officer, nine of the studio's films were nominated at the Oscars for Best Picture, landing three wins for the 2001 film "A Beautiful Mind," "Gladiator" in 2000, and 1998's "Shakespeare in Love." Meyer also oversaw the development of "Erin Brockovich," "8 Mile," "Meet the Parents," "The Fast and the Furious," "Ted," and "Despicable Me 1 and 2." Among Meyer's many accomplishments during his time at NBCUniversal, he spearheaded worldwide operations of the studio's theme parks, making strides by bringing in the world's largest IPs and convincing Warner Bros. to license the "Harry Potter'' franchise with Universal parks, leading to one of its most successful and lucrative attractions, "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter." After being promoted to Vice Chairman of NBCUniversal in 2013, Meyer oversaw the successful evolution of the multi-faceted global media brand where he strategically guided its portfolio of film and television assets and brokered deals with top-tier talent for both roles and production deals. Prior to Meyer's time at NBCUniversal, he co-founded the prestigious Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and acted as President for 20 years where he worked alongside four fellow agents to build one of the most prominent talent representation agencies in the world. Meyer was also a television agent at William Morris Agency for five years in the early 1970s. Currently, Ron Meyer along with Sophie Jordan are CEO and Co-CEO of Wild Bunch AG, the independent film distribution and production services company. Wild Bunch, is the pan-European company known for award-winning films and a growing distribution network. Meyer also serves as an advisor to the Doha Film Institute (DFI) as Qatar continues to grow in the film business.

Jeff Shell was named Chief Executive Officer of NBCUniversal in January 2020. He oversees the company's valuable portfolio of news, sports, and entertainment networks, a premier motion picture company, significant television production operations, a leading television stations group, and world-renowned theme parks.

Previously, Shell was Chairman of NBCUniversal Film and Entertainment. In this role, he oversaw the content creation, programming and distribution engines behind NBCUniversal's film and network television businesses including NBC Entertainment, Universal Filmed Entertainment Group (UFEG), Telemundo and NBCUniversal International. He was also responsible for driving the extensions of the company's intellectual property and consumer product strategy with Universal Brand Development, as well as the expansion of the go-to destination for moviegoers with Fandango.

Shell previously served as Chairman of UFEG, a position he held since 2013. Over the course of his tenure, Universal celebrated four years of record profit, and the two most profitable years in the studio's 107-year history with titles from some of its biggest franchises such as Fast & Furious, Jurassic World and Illumination's Despicable Me. With Shell's oversight, Universal Brand Development's portfolio grew extensively to include Consumer Products, Games and Digital Platforms, and Live Entertainment. Prior to joining UFEG, Shell served as Chairman of NBCUniversal International. In this role, he managed all aspects of NBCUniversal's international businesses including International TV Distribution, Global Television Networks and International Television Production. He also oversaw, in partnership with their domestic leaders, CNBC International, International Theatrical Marketing and Distribution, International Home Entertainment and International Theme Parks Operations.

Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Shell served as President of Comcast Programming Group where he was responsible for managing Comcast's national and regional television networks including E! Entertainment Network, the Golf Channel, International Channel Networks, and Comcast Sports Group, just to name a few. Under his leadership, Comcast's networks grew significantly in distribution, viewership and profitability during his six-year tenure.

Before Comcast, Shell was CEO of Gemstar TV Guide International leading the business through a number of legal and operational challenges. Previous to Gemstar, he held several positions at News Corporation including President, FOX Cable Networks Group. He also held leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company and Salomon Brothers prior to joining News Corporation.

Shell serves on the board of several non-profit organizations including the National Constitution Center and organizations focused on public school reform.

Shell received his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Harvard University and his Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Applied Mathematics from University of California, Berkeley.

Upon his graduation from New York University Film School in 1974, Jack Rapke moved to Los Angeles to embark on a career in the entertainment industry. His first stop was the mail room of the William Morris Agency in 1975. Four years later, Rapke joined Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where he rose, over the course of the next seventeen years, to become one of the most successful agents in Hollywood.

During a seven-year tenure as co-chairman of CAA's motion picture department, Rapke cultivated a high-profile client list that included Jerry Bruckheimer, Ridley Scott, Michael Mann, Harold Ramis, Michael Bay, Terry Gilliam, Bob Gale, Bo Goldman, Steve Kloves, Howard Franklin, Scott Frank, Robert Kamen, John Hughes, Joel Schumacher, Marty Brest, Chris Columbus, Ezra Sacks, and Imagine Entertainment partners Ron Howard and Brian Grazer. Instrumental in building production companies around his clients, it was only a matter of time before he decided to build one of his own with client Robert Zemeckis.

In 1998, Rapke departed CAA to form ImageMovers with Zemeckis. Primarily focused on theatrical motion pictures, the company's first feature was the critically acclaimed Cast Away (2000) , directed by Zemeckis and starring Tom Hanks. Rapke went on to produce numerous hits including 'What Lies Beneath': Constructing the Perfect Thriller (2000) starring Harrison Ford and Michelle Pfeiffer, the Ridley Scott-directed Matchstick Men (2003) starring Nicolas Cage, The Prize Winner of Defiance, Ohio (2005) starring Julianne Moore and Woody Harrelson, and Last Holiday (2006) starring Queen Latifah.

Rapke Executive Produced The Polar Express (2004) directed by Zemeckis, starring Tom Hanks for Warner Bros., which blazed a new trail for modern 3D filmmaking. He produced the Oscar-nominated Monster House (2006) , for Sony Pictures, Beowulf (2007) , starring Anthony Hopkins and Angelina Jolie for Paramount and A Christmas Carol (2009) , for The Walt Disney Studios, starring Jim Carrey and Colin Firth, the latter two directed by Zemeckis. He was also Executive Producer on the film Real Steel (2011) , starring Hugh Jackman, directed by Shawn Levy for Dreamworks.

Rapke Produced feature film Flight (2012) for Paramount Pictures, starring Denzel Washington, which was nominated for two Academy Awards. He also Produced The Walk (2015) , which starred Joseph Gordon-Levitt for Sony Pictures and he Executive Produced the feature film Allied (2016) , which starred Brad Pitt, for Paramount Pictures, all of which were directed by Zemeckis

Rapke served as Producer on Welcome to Marwen (2018) for Universal Pictures which starred Steve Carell and Produced The Witches (2020) for Warner Bros. Studios which starred Anne Hathaway and Octavia Spencer. He served as Producer on Finch (2021) for Dreamworks/Universal starring Tom Hanks and directed by Miguel Sapochnik and he Produced Pinocchio (2022) for the Disney Studios, directed by Zemeckis which was a 2023 PGA Award nominee.

For Television, Rapke was Executive Producer for the three seasons of The Borgias (2011) starring Jeremy Irons for Showtime and Executive Producer on the documentary series Medal of Honor (2018) , for Netflix. He served as Executive Producer on Project Blue Book (2019) for the History Channel and has Executive Produced all three seasons of Manifest (2018) for NBC TV and Warner Bros. Studios as well as the fourth and final season of the series for Netflix.

Rapke is currently producing Here to be directed by Robert Zemeckis and starring Tom Hanks, Robin Wright Paul Bettany and Kelly Lynch for a 2024 release from Miramax/Sony.

Merritt Wever is an American actress, who earned an Emmy Award for playing the character Zoey on the Showtime series Nurse Jackie. She appeared in the films Birdman, Into the Wild, Neal Cassady, Michael Clayton, Series 7: The Contenders, Signs, The Adventures of Sebastian Cole, Bringing Rain, All I Wanna Do, and Marriage Story, among others. She appeared as a guest on the following television shows: Conviction, Law & Order: Criminal Intent and The Wire.

Merritt grew up in downtown New York and has been acting since she was very young. She graduated from LaGuardia High School and then attended Sarah Lawrence College. She was raised by her Texas-born mother to be politically progressive. When not acting or protesting, Merritt enjoys spending time with her cat Spooky or going to the theater with a friend. She also likes to eat steak, have a little wine, walk in the snow and talk to Canadians. Her favorite actors are Gena Rowlands, Meryl Streep and Michael J. Pollard. She lives in Manhattan.

Neil Jackson was born on 5 March 1976 in Luton, Bedfordshire, England, UK. He is an actor and writer, known for Stargirl (2020), The King's Man (2021) and Absentia (2017).

Nikolai Witschl is a Canadian actor, improviser, and writer who is based out of Vancouver, BC. He graduated from the BFA Acting program at the University of Alberta in 2010, and was a member of the Edmonton based improv company Rapid Fire Theatre for six seasons. Born to artists Marlena Wyman and Wolfgang Witschl, he was provided many opportunities to perform and express himself growing up, which led him to study theatre from an early age. He attended the Victoria school of Performing and Visual arts for high school, from which he graduated in 2003.

Patrick Roccas is a Greek born actor from Athens. His father is Greek and his mother is Canadian. He is greatly inspired by the journey of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, and classic Hollywood cinema icons such as Marlon Brando, Jack Nicholson, Clint Eastwood, Jon Voight, Burt Reynolds and Paul Newman.

During his adolescence Patrick would become interested in the discipline of bodybuilding, and also played rugby union. After finishing high-school, Patrick worked a variety of jobs while he tried to figure out his calling. During this time, Patrick worked as a plumber, roofer, bricklayer, concrete form worker, laborer, security guard, bouncer, painter, glazier and at a fish factory. He soon discovered these jobs weren't a good fit for him and left him feeling unfulfilled. He began to eye a career in show business as a way to express his inner monologue.

Using the money he had saved, Patrick started to study and immerse himself in the craft of acting. He then got professional headshots taken and hand wrote letters to every prominent agent in Vancouver. After being picked up by a top agent, he started to build a resume appearing in Fringe, Supernatural, Flash, Arrow and more.

After seven years working hard in smaller roles, Patrick received an opportunity from director Robert Zemeckis, who cast Patrick in a principal role in "Welcome To Marwen". This was Patrick's first feature film.

Following several television roles, Patrick was next seen co starring with Jon Voight and Jonathan Rhys Meyers in Tony Dean Smith's 2023 action film Mercy.

Up next for Patrick in 2024 will be an action thriller playing one of the main villains in the film titled "Protectors of the Land".

Patrick is characterized by his work ethic and dedication. Hardened by life's tough lessons, he looks to bring his lived experience to his performances, and maintains a goal of drawing film-goers into his world in order to experience the breadth of the human condition.

Kevin's VFX career started when he when he joined Lucasfilm's JAK Films as a pre-vis artist on Star Wars: Episode I at age 18. In the two decades following, Kevin has blazed a bright path, helming VFX at The Orphanage on features including Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, Night at the Museum, Superman Returns, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Hellboy; supervising cutting-edge motion capture for features at Image Movers Digital; and co-founding Atomic Fiction in 2010, where the company's outstanding work on The Walk, Allied, and Flight garnered awards and recognition.

Kevin's VFX Supervisor credits also include two Star Trek movies, two Transformers features and, most recently, Welcome to Marwen - another title in his long collaboration with Director Robert Zemeckis. He joined Method with the acquisition of Atomic Fiction by Deluxe.

Kevin is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences and founded cloud rendering technology company, Conductor Technologies.

Nancy Carell was born on 19 July 1966 in Cohasset, Massachusetts, USA. She is an actress and writer, known for The 40-Year-Old Virgin (2005), Seeking a Friend for the End of the World (2012) and Bridesmaids (2011). She has been married to Steve Carell since 5 August 1995. They have two children.

Jeff Small is CEO of Amblin Partners. He is responsible for all operations of the company, while helping shape the overall corporate strategy alongside Chairman Steven Spielberg. Jeff joined the company as president and chief operating officer in 2006 under its previous name, DreamWorks Studios, and was promoted to his current post as CEO in 2019 after serving as co- CEO since 2016.Prior to DreamWorks, he spent six years at Revolution Studios, starting as the company's head of strategic planning and business development, then as CFO, and eventually, COO. Prior to joining Revolution, Jeff spent several years with Universal Studios after beginning his career in the Walt Disney Motion Picture Group. Jeff participates in USC Shoah Foundation's Ambassadors for Humanity Gala leadership, and serves on the board of directors for the Weingart Center Association. Jeff is a Stanford graduate, and a native of Marietta, Georgia.

Holly Bario is president of production at Amblin Partners, where she oversees films released under the Amblin Entertainment and DreamWorks Pictures banners. She joined the company, formerly known as DreamWorks Studios, in 2008 as an executive vice president of production.
