Piper Chapman: Here we go, if you are reading this right now, this is the one you were probably waiting for and rightfully so. Whilst I can admit she's mellowed and has slightly improved since Season 4 Episode 7 which is way she has the lowest spot , she has still done a lot of wrongful things and its why she still makes the list. I tried my best to be patient and keep an open mind as a lot of the fans hate her character but I saw where they were coming from. I can tell you a heap of reasons why she is the worst but its been explained a million times so i will leave it there.

Just hope her character does justice in the last season

(UPDATE: Yeahh, she went off to a pretty shitty ending but hey, if it makes the fans happy I guess and I still give kudos to Taylor Schilling for her great performance)
