Black Mirror Episodes Ranked
Unfortunately, Black Mirror went worse once season 4 was over and the interactive movie Bandersnatch got released for some reason. I think the writers have trouble with coming up with new original ideas and have trouble with implementing these ideas in very good ways. But the series also generally became less dark and therefore less memorable. The show had a few more light-hearted episodes before, but they were also generally done better in my opinion. I just hope that the series doesn't get worse and maintains a high quality. I prefer it when they make long breaks between the seasons and release rather few episodes which are in return good, so I generally value quality much more than quantity. The writers experimented with new directions lately like including fantasy elements into a few episodes. These experiments are good in my opinion and bring in something new into the show, but I hope they don't depart too far from the original idea to show the dark side of technology in most episodes. I also think that they should stop continuing the show at some point in the future when they have used up all good ideas and notice that the general recognition is declining into disappointment. After a very long time they can then come back again or maybe even cancel the show entirely. As long as I still like the series, they can continue with it even if they never achieve the same quality of the first 4 seasons anymore. The first 4 seasons are amazing with one highly memorable episode after another and I don't expect the writers to go back into this kind of level, I just expect them to bring out great episodes for most of the time, that's all.

Explanation for this ranking:
Season 1 is the only season which has only 10* episodes, but I still think that season 3 is very slightly better because it has twice the amount of episodes and every one of them has very unique ideas and strong implementations which is very impressive for me. Season 4 is slightly above season 2 because of the amount of episodes as well and also because season 2 has "The Waldo Moment" which is a rather weak episode in the earlier seasons. Seasons 5 and 6 were very easy for me to rank because they are further away quality-wise.
The best: Season 1-4
The middle: Season 5-6
The worst: Nothing yet.
