The crew has found life on the planet Uranus. The inhabitants are discovered to be assholes: a bean-eating, bad smelling, sex hungry form of female humanoids. As representatives of the human race, the earthlings set off to exploit Uranus and its habitants.

When we last saw Seeman Bob, the landing-party crewman in the red shirt (at the conclusion of "Sex Trek: the Next Penetration"), Dr. McJoy said, "He's dead, Jim," and Bob was buried in the futile and smelly soil of the planet Uranus. But Bob wasn't dead, and now, as a result of all that fertilizer, he has mutated into a super-sexual being and a really angry dude, bent on revenge against "Boner" McJoy, Captain Quirk, Mister Sperm, and the crew of the Starship Intercourse.

The sexship Intercourse is invaded by the shape-shifting Qute, of the Cute Continuem, who has taken the form of a knock-out Earth female Anna Malle, and ignites the crew's repressed sexual fantasies.

A mysterious energy cloud penetrates the Starship Intercourse and causes the entire crew to drop their uniforms and give in to their sexual urges.

The Intercourse delivers some pizza to the archaeological team on planet Omega Beta Alpha Delta IV. Boner is reunited with his former lover Nancy Mooner, who appears different to the eyes of each other crew member.

The Intercourse saves a sleeper ship that was launched in 2006 from being sucked into a black hole. Aboard they find three blond porn stars from the early 21th Century and their connoisseur, Harry Balls.

Plot Summary: The Starship Intercourse is dispatched to Deep Space Station 69 to retrieve Charly Walker, the lone survivor of a spaceship crash, marooned on a desolate planet for 20 years. Charly turns out not to be a grizzled old spaceman, but a "hot babe" in her early 20's. But that's not the only surprise in store for Captain Quirk and crew in this parody that blends two episodes of the original Star Trek series. Charly possesses an insatiable libido and the ability to transmit her consciousness to others, effectively wresting control of their bodies from the owners. She bends one crewman after another to her will and whim, even taking a turn as Captain Quirk. All your favorite characters from the series are here, albeit slightly skewed: Dr. McJoy, the gruff ship's surgeon, Mr. Sperm, a half-human/half-alien science officer from the planet Horny, helmsmen Jackoff and Screwyu, engineer Mr. Squat, the delectable Yeoman Gland, and a stunning African communications officer Lt. Uwhora (pronounced "You whore you").

The starship Enterprise finds the SS Botany Bay carrying humans from the 21st Century. Spock is fascinated by Ruth, who was dipped in Venus fluid moments after her birth. Ship historian Lt. Marla McGivers becomes entranced by Kahn, who plans to use her to take over the ship. A Vulcan female called Chandra, who just happens to be suffering from Pon Far, beams aboard to warn Kirk about Kahn and 'the Craving'. Indeed, Kahn releases the PSI2000 virus into the ships ventilation system which brightens everyones pupils. Dr. McCoy concludes that the only antidote is to have a powerful orgasm as soon as possible.

Kirk, Spock & Bones beam down to Butterfly 8 where they are ambushed by female aliens. When Scotty beams Sulu and Chekov down to rescue them, a transporter malfunction sends them to the Oval office the day before Kennedy was shot.

Lt. Cmdr Data finds Tasha Yar alive on a barren planet near the Romulan Neutral Zone. She appears to be the Tasha who went down with the Enterprise C and ended up on Romulus. Slowly she adjusts to her familiar, yet different crew.
