Sean is disturbed by Olivia's 18-year-old daughter Eden, who comes to McNamara/Troy for a hymen reconstruction. Matt visits L.A. with baby Jenna and claims he has left Kimber. Liz questions Julia and Olivia's relationship.

While a patient inspires Sean to take his relationship with Kate in a new direction, Eden uses extreme methods to persuade Christian to perform surgery on a friend.

A series of unfortunate events unfold for an unlucky Dawn Budge, who seeks reparative surgery from Sean and Christian.

As Julia's health worsens, Christian falls back into old habits. Sean hires Gina as the new receptionist in order to get back at Christian.

As Sean tries to regain his youth through his relationship with Eden, a violent and traumatic event causes Julia to question her relationship with Olivia.

A television critic gives Sean a dose of the ugly side of Hollywood.

While Christian and Liz prepare for their upcoming wedding, Kimber finds herself homeless after both Ram and Eden kick her out. She asks Matt to look after their baby daughter while she finally learns about Christian and Liz's upcoming ceremony and naturally tries to talk to Liz from going through with it. Christian brings up an idea about being cryogenically frozen to save his life. Meanwhile, Sean does not know that the seductive Teddy has a double life as the nurse "Dixie Collins" in Las Vegas and is carrying on with the sleazy Dr. Harlan Frank, who is also unaware of her double life in L.A, and her homicidal tendencies. Elsewhere, Christian and Sean deal with a self-proclaimed vampire couple who ask for surgery to repair scaring from their regular blood drinking.

After Sean takes on an agent, his role on "Hearts and Scalpels" is expanded. Meanwhile, Christian questions why Gina moved to Los Angeles.

Christian and Sean help a woman who was given horrible plastic surgery in Thailand.

Sean begins to feel boring and unwilling to take risks with Teddy, so he decides to impress her by making rash decisions. McNamara/Troy treat a patient with a very unique condition - a virus that gives him painful warts. Christian and Sean try to make the man look and feel human again, but they later discover that the warts continue to grow back. Christian relates with this patient because he earlier discovered that his breast cancer came back and even stronger. Christian only has six months to live so he decides to fly to Miami to propose to Liz.

After suspecting that something more than just their Secret Santa game is going on, Sean confronts Christian and Julia about the secret they have been keeping.

Christian, jealous over Sean's newfound fame, convinces Sean to tape a reality show based on their careers as plastic surgeons.

A student whose teacher was jailed for their illicit affair has married her, and wants surgery to look more her age. Raj's dad, a surgeon, wants him to operate on him. Matt gives up becoming a plastic surgeon.

Candy Richards, the washed-up, narcissistic actress returns wanting butt implants to make her more African-American for her re-discovered roots. Meanwhile, Christian meets a feisty, chain-smoking lady named Roxy St. James at a cancer support group who asks him to perform a mastectomy to reduce the probability of her developing breast cancer. Sean becomes troubled when Olivia wants a full makeover for herself as she and Julia are planning to move back east. Olivia (unknown to everyone) is emotionally stressed to her breaking point after covering up her psycho daughter Eden's murder attempt on Julia. But it naturally all turns out bad... even for the innocent and the evil alike.

Sean and Christian learn about the glamorous side of fame and the price that people are willing to pay for it.

As Sean and Christian settle into their new business in Los Angeles, they operate on a movie producer whose chest was badly scarred by his dominatrix.

With Christian learning that he only has six months to live, he proposes marriage to Liz to live out his last days in peace. Liz's overbearing mother arrives in town and immediately begins criticizing everything about the upcoming wedding and Liz, who asks for a breast reduction to fit into her family's wedding dress. Meanwhile, Christian hires the flamboyant Logan Taper as his replacement, but he brings an unusual and disturbing fetish with him. While Sean continues to enjoy his secret romance with Teddy, he and Christian are called upon by a former client, Allegra Caldarello, for plastic surgery per her dying husband's wishes.

Eden looks to Sean for help after getting into business with Kimber and Ram.

A yoga coach approaches the surgeons to request an operation they have to invent: a penis reduction, because he's so limber and horny he can't resist giving himself a contortionist blow-job almost all day. Aidan Stone wants revenge for his career being wrecked by Sean taking over the lead in his medical soap opera. An inappropriate picture may do the trick. Christian reluctantly looks into Kimber's demand to fix Matt's baby's "villainously thin" lips for an infant modeling career.

Christian attempts to cope in the aftermath of a death. Meanwhile, Colleen feels threatened when another talent agency shows interest in Sean's acting career.
