- DirectorsHidemaro FujibayashiHiroki HiranoKentaro TominagaStarsKengo TakanashiYû ShimamuraKôji TakedaAfter a century of hibernation, Link reawakens to once again save a ruined Hyrule from a great evil. Here we go. Getting into number 1, we have The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, the most recent installment in the Zelda franchise. Forget everything you knew about the Zelda games. The most recent installment features a huge open world enviornment, beautiful designs, great NPCs, awesome levels, there's just nothing wrong with this game...except the frame rate. It might be an awesome game, but the frame rate makes it a little bad. But I have no problem with it at all.
When you hear video games, what do you think of? Maybe you think of kid squids, or maybe even a company of video games.
What do you think of my list? Do you agree with my picks? If there's something I missed, let me know in the comments. What are your favorite video games? Tell me in the comments. See ya! - DirectorMasahiro SakuraiStarsJason AdkinsIsabella ArevaloLaura BaileyDuke it out in the fourth entry of the Super Smash Bros. series. New features are an eight player-mode, support for Nintendo's Amiibos, custom Miis as playable fighters, post-release DLC and more.Getting into number 2, we have Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. At first, I wasn't sure if I should put The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild here or Sm4sh here, but I decided to put Sm4sh here instead. Again, don't get me wrong, but I DEFINITELY 100% SURELY LOVE this game, even without mods. Great characters, awesome stages, ugh, SMASH TOUR, and other things...everything about Sm4sh I enjoy. Except for Smash Tour.
Before we get to number one, I just want to give a quick, not long, honorable mentions list:- The Legend of Zelda
- Call of Duty: Black Ops II
- Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock
- Guitar Hero Live
- Super Mario Maker
- DirectorAgnes LarssonWelcome to the world of Minecraft where you can build, brew potions, enchant your armor and tools and adventure other biomes. Visit the Nether, or even defeat the Ender Dragon in the End.You can't go wrong with Minecraft. The possibilities are endless in this game, you can make anything you want, even a private body part. I'm always having fun in this game, I have an entire water village all to me, my brother, sister, and cousin. I took over the village, I killed the villagers, and now the village is no longer your normal Minecraft village. I might make it into a map to show you what I'm talking about.
On to number 2... - DirectorsEiji AonumaYoichi YamadaYoshiaki KoizumiStarsNobuyuki HiyamaFujiko TakimotoJun MizusawaA young Kokiri boy discovers that his destiny is to free the Seven Sages and save the land of Hyrule from the treacherous sorcerer Ganondorf.Getting into number 4, we have The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I wasn't sure what to put for number 4, but I decided on this. I love the Zelda franchise. It's the most popular RPG franchise ever, I mean, you can't go wrong with Zelda...except you keep mistaking Link with Zelda. NO, Zelda is the princess of Hyrule, why would you think Link is the princess? That's just gay. Link is not Zelda. Link is the hero, Zelda is the princess, do you get it now? Ahem...I actually do love this game, don't get me wrong, but I have 3 more spots left on this list, and the games that took those places, to me, are kinda...don't get triggered...better than this one.
...Did you get triggered?
On to number 3... - DirectorKosuke YabukiStarsTomo AdachiNate BihldorffDavid CookeMario and the rest race against each other for the gold cup again. Underwater and air gliding returns. Mario Kart 8 introduces zero gravity, and has a total of 48 race tracks.Hey look, an even better racing game.
Getting into number 5, we have Mario Kart 8. Now, in my opinion, this is much better than any racing game ever. Fun characters, super wacky wavy inflatable arm flailing tubeman courses, fun modes to play in, there's just no stopping this game from being the most popular Mario Kart game out there. Sure, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is getting some more glory over the original, but this is still the most popular of the games. On to number 4... - DirectorsAya KyogokuIsao MoroLive and prosper as a mayor in a town full of animals where you can basically do anything you want while paying the loan on your house. Installment for the Nintendo 3DS.Getting into number 6, we have Animal Crossing: New Leaf. There's just so much to do in this game. I don't actually know what else to say, really, I don't. On to number 5...
- DirectorsEisaku NakaeNoriyuki SatoRyutaro TakahashiStarsSoutarou FujikawaHaruna SatoIchika TakahashiIn a game where you can add your family, friends, and more, play around and watch them on a tiny island where you are the mayor.Getting into number 7, we have Tomodachi Life. Now don't get me wrong, I love this game. But just checking on every islander every 5 minutes just gets pretty annoying, doesn't it? I mean, you don't want them to starve to death or anything, but sometimes it just gets annoying. But it's a really fun game. I enjoy it. On to number 6...
- StarsDanny WayMark AppleyardRay BarbeeThis time you are building your own skateboard brand and the crew behind it. Win contests and challenges and gain fame to your company. The bigger and better tricks, the more boards you sell.Back to modern! Getting into number 8, we have Skate 3. I'm not a big fan of EA games, however, I enjoy this one. I don't skateboard...or so you thought! On to number 7...
- DirectorShigeru MiyamotoA plumber named Mario and his brother Luigi travel through the Mushroom Kingdom to save the princess from the evil Bowser. That's right, we're going from modern to retro! Getting into number 9, we have the very game that brought Nintendo into the console gaming world, Super Mario Bros. There are many platformers out there, and this one's no different...except that you're playing as an Italian plumber. But this one took platforming games to the next level, as you had to save Princess Toadstool from Bowser, two new additions to the Mario franchise, who would continue to appear in future Mario games, even if they're spinoffs. You could also play as Luigi, the not-so-little brother, who barely gets any attention in the Mario platformers. I'm-a gonna have fun speedrunning it pretty soon. On to number 8...
- DirectorKazunori YamauchiGran Turismo 5 Prologue is a racing video game developed by Polyphony Digital and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 3. Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is the sample version of Gran Turismo 5.You know me, I love video games. They've been a part of my life for a long time. This one got me into PlayStation. To me, this is the best racing game I've ever played. NASCAR games are just the usual, you make a left turn, ooh look another left turn then another then another frickin' left turn. This one is different and similar to Need for Speed.
...Wait, have I played Need for Speed before? Great, now I have to remember if I did. Anyway, on to number 9...
