My top 13 worst slasher movies

If Don't Go in the Woods is the mother of all boring horror movies, I guess Psycho Santa would be the grandmother of all boring horror movies. This is literally the worst movie I've ever seen. Not even the worst horror movie but the worst movie in general. After you've seen this movie, all other slashers seem like Halloween. Look at it, this website doesn't even show a picture of it, that's how interesting it is. I actually enjoy watching bad horror movies but the first time I watched this one, I turned it off because I couldn't take it no more. Later on, I watched it with some friends and it was still crap. It's not even funny. The home videos from my youth were better movies than this. TV commercials for detergent are more enjoyable than this. My advice: avoid this movie.

This is the mother of all boring horror movies. It's not that long but because it's so boring it seems to go on and on. Other that that, the movie has no story. It's just about a guy who randomly kills people in the woods and that's it. I think if you buy a camera and make a slasher with some friends, it will turn out to be a hell of a lot better than this movie. I dare you.

Where to even *beep* begin with Killjoy? There is nothing enjoyable about this one. No good story, no character developement, no good death scenes and killerclown Killjoy is probably the most annoying character I've ever seen. Are there any Oscars for the worst special effects? Because I think Killjoy would make a pretty good chance. If this movie was from the 70's it could get away with it but it's not. It was made in 2000. Let's all pretend this movie was never made.

When I saw this movie for the first time, I thought it was an 80's movie. The camerawork was bad and so were the actors. It had 80's written all over it. But when I kept watching, I started to think that this movie couldn't have been made in the 80's. It turned out to be a 2005 movie. A movie like Hatchet intented to look like an 80's movie but with Motor Home Massacre I seriously doubt that. Other than that, the movie is just boring and stupid. The story tries to be original and sinister but it's not. I failed in enjoying this movie.

This movie is so bad, I'm not really sure if I should laugh or cry. The movie makes me laugh because it's so bad but it's painfull to realize people actually tried to make a decent movie here. During the filming, director Terry Lofton wrote some comedy bits for te movie because he realized that people wouldn't take this movie seriously. Result: the badness is still funny and the jokes are not.

Did you like the first Silent Night, Deadly night? Good, because the first hour of this movie contains of nothing but flashbacks from this movie. In the other 30 minutes the brother of the killer from the first movie breaks loose and starts killing too. How original. You know, it's not a law to make sequels, nobody gets angry when you don't make these kind of movies. Matter of fact, I think some people get angry when you DO make these kind of movies.

Talking about rip-offs. This is what comes out if you put Scream, I Know What You Did Last Summer and Urban Legend all together in a blender. It's a horror movie but all characters seem like comedy characters. That would be okay if the movie was funny but unfortunatly, it isn't. This is just painfull.

This movie is just rediculous. Did this director think we forgot about Friday the 13th? A rip-off is one thing but this is just too much. It's again a summer camp, a masked killer is offing the counselors and this killer is even wearing the same outfit as Jason Voorhees. Well, a cheap version of it. Friday rip-offs could me okay in the 80's but in 2000? Director Ralph E. Portillo should have known better.

A bad movie is sometimes fun to watch. A boring movie, on the other hand, isn't. Bloody Moon is such a movie. It has some gorey death scenes but other than that it's just boring. The story is stupid, the actors can't act, the dubbing is terrible and did I mention it's boring? Maybe this title should have been saved for a wherewolf movie.

I saw this movie years ago and in my memory it wasn't that bad. I didn't think it was good but I memorized it as a decent movie. When I saw it again recently I realized that the movie did suck. It was boring and the death scenes weren't as shocking as I remembered them to be. The plottwist is still nice though...

This movie is just stupid. Don't get me wrong, I laughed my ass off during the movie, but it's still crap. This is a movie whitch is fun during a night filled with beer and friends but horror and slasher fans shouldn't watch this movie with the expectation that it's gonna be good or scary. Nuff said.

I know what a lot of people think: "isn't part 5 worse?" I think not. In part 5 it was a bummer that Jason wasn't the killer but I think the movie itself wasn't that bad. Part 8 on the other hand didn't make any sense. What the hell is Jason going to New York for? On board of the cruice ship there were a few decent death scenes but that couldn't help the movie. I wish Jason would have stayed there in the sewerage.

Alright, so maybe Sleepaway Camp isn't one of the worst slashers ever, but it's certainly predictable. Other than that, the camera work is *beep* the characters are idiots and it's by far not as scary as it intented to be. And I should have sworn that I saw the summer camp slasher thing before...
