My Favorite To Least Favorite of the Harry Potter films.

My personal favorite of all the films. It's just so well done, the effects, the story the action and the ending was so amazing I have endless praise for it. My parents & I watched this when they ordered it off of Pay Per View and I've always been able to watch all of the Harry Potter films before they eventually came out on DVD. My favorite part of the movie would be without a doubt the ending 20-30 minutes. The end of the battle of Hogwarts, Harry's final battle with Voldemort, & the end of the movie with Harry and his friends and wife seeing their kids off to their first years of Hogwarts was just PHENOMINAL. The movie made happy and so angry at the same time. I was happy that the film was over, that it didn't disappoint, and the ending but angry because it's over I'm 17 and still counted as a kid but I feel as if my childhood was over at 16. But Harry Potter will forever live on this is one of my favorite movies of all time. 5/5 Stars.

I remember I was 7 when my dad ordered this on Pay Per View and I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. From beginning to end it was a great movie starting with Harry reading through the book Hagrid gave him at the end of the first and him getting away from his wanka aunt and uncle. Just this is one of the best years of Hogwarts, it had the same feeling of the first film and recycled it and improved it tremondesly. The Heir of Slytherin plot, the rest of Hogwarts believing Harry is the anti-Christ, Ron & Harry's brains becoming petrified and them showing they can do something on their own. Irregardless I love the Chamber of Secrets it's one of my favorite films of all time and definitely one of the best years of Hogwarts I don't know why it's so low on other peoples list. 5/5 Stars.

I was 10 when I saw this, my dad took me to see this and theatres and as a kid it's always fun to see a movie on the big screen, and when you have a close relationship with your father like I did it made the theatre experience even better. But still this movie took the maturity "The Prisoner of Azkaban" had but amped it down a bit it's not as dark as the previous installment but it's still great, the action and the "Tri-Wizard tournament was great and you get to see the maturing and development of Ron & Hermoine's relationship. We get to see Voldemort for the first time in the flesh and the actor who played him was PERFECT for the role if there's a franchise that can get the perfect actors for the world it's Harry Potter. My favorite part would have to be the battle of Harry vs. Voldemort or The Dragon challenge. 5/5 Stars.

I was 9 when I saw this movie, I rented this on DVD when I 9 and I LOVED this movie. I do like it better than "The Philospher's Stone" but no as much as "The Chamber of Secrets". This time around the movie was darker, more mature, and serious with Harry & his friends now teenagers & the actors themselves have matured, we get to see Harry's Patronus charm (which still stands as my favorite spell thus far). The actor who played Sirius Black was perfect along with Remus Lupin & Peter Pettigrew was also perfect and looked just as I thought he would from the book. I loved the whole time travel scene, I loved the game (even though I never finished it) my favorite part of the movie would have to be when Harry rode Buckbeak around hogwarts & you see his talon scrape across the water and the last time Harry used the Patronum charm. 4.8/5 Stars.

This is the darkest of the series in my opinion. I was 12 when I saw this, my mom ordered this on Pay Per View and I watched this all day (Direct T.V. The previous and final times is Charter cable). Like I said this is maybe the darkest entry, it shows Harry's stress over that the ministry of magic is trying to take over hogwarts and cover up that Voldemort has return, Harry's guilt over Cederick's death, his relationship with Cho, him training the students for the inevitable battle with Voldemort, and this movie develops more of the background characters. Now Nevel Longbottom (a punching bag in the first 3 installments) is now becoming a powerful wizard and we learn more about him (that his parents were killed by Bellatrix, Sirius Black's mental cousin). Luna's debut, Harry's deep bond with Sirius whims dies by the hand of Bellatrix. Just I really like this movie it's dark at this point (Also 5 seems the be a dark number in film franchises: Halloween 5 is probably the darkest film in the Halloween franchise or Halloween 6, Nightmare On Elm Street 5 is the darkest of all the Elm Street film or it's Nightmare 2) and this is the most mature film in the series at this point. The effects, acting, story, & score are superb as always. My favorite part in the movie would be Dumbledore's battle with Voldemort and Voldemort possessing Harry. 4.5/5 Stars.

Part 1 of the best in the series. I waited to see this. I waited until it came to HBO, Starz, & Cinemax to see it. I don't have much to say about this movie but my favorite part was the hourifix scene. 4.5/5 Stars.

The film that started it all. Growing up I was very intelligent for my age I could count to 100 perfectly by the time I was 4, I could read by the time I was in kindergarden and by the time I was 6 I read the first Harry Potter book from cover to cover granted I failed the computer test I took on it but whatever. Then when I was 7 I read "Cyamber of Secrets" then 3 & 4 and a little bit of 5. But anyway I was 6 when my dad rented this on DVD and as a kid I loved it but now that I'm 10 years older I still Enjoy it just that a majority of the films that followed are better. Granted I know the Harry Potter films are family movies by this one felt too much like a kid film (which isn't a bad thing if it is it's one of the best if not the best I have seen). The acting & CGI was and still is pretty cool the actors are perfect and just like how Sean Connery was born to play James Bond & Matt Damon was born to play Jason Bourne Daniel Radcliffe was born to play Harry potter. The first Harry Potter but like half of the series I don't love this film I just really like it. 4.3/5 Stars.

I was maybe 13 or 14 I don't remember but I remember my sister took me to see this in theatres and again the experience of seeing a big time movie on the big screen is great as a kid. But this is actually my least favorite of the Harry Potter films. It just didn't click with me like the others. I still like it but just not as much, it's more grown up and serious but the ending just PISSED me off so much that it's one of the most bullocks (British term for bull *beep* endings I've ever seen. 3.5/5 Stars
